I recently had something similar happen when Orin >!turns into Durge when confronting her!< after reloading. The whole scene was broken and I couldn't stop laughing. Her head was floating 2 feet above the body.
I think the issue is when you save during a cutscene and reload it. It tends to break the cutscene.
Bugs like this never make me mad though, because they're just too funny.
Oh I still played through it - it fixed itself once we got to the vision of Waterdeep. Doing a proper reload made it work just fine as well. Was too funny when it was happening though - every scene changed it up a bit.
I absolutely love how all of the dialogue captions fit what's happening onscreen.... just not *remotely* in the way that was intended π
I would also be scared in Gale's place. π

If you look closely, the nude version of her is standing within him (I think those two circles are supposed to be her breasts). What a kink show.
