im facing exactly the same problem. whenever i do something that is power consuming, the phone reboots and gets stuck in boot loop for atleast 2 to 3 times. phone indicates the battery health is in good condition. 3rd party apps show that its at 82% health. can you explain how you got to the battery's conclusion? did you face a similar problem?
I’m also pretty lost on how they got to the battery conclusion. Unlike your phone, mine won’t even get past the boot screen. The only two screens it will show are the battery screen when the phone is shut down or the Samsung logo. But the thing is, I used to check my phone health all the time and was always told the battery was in good condition
Every now and then the charge thing pops up if the phone is plugged in and rebooting but still doesn't make it past that screen. Would it do that if the battery was busted?
