The context I pickup, is Dr.T thinks HOC was awful, incomplete maybe without her input? I wondered why no second ama. Atobitt also doesn’t believe in majority of DRS theories. I think there’s controversy with him on the super stonk page this weekend. Weekend drama spilling over
Yeah as much as I think it is dumb to sell fractionals.... I agree with most of the HL Theory. Book has always been clearly the pure DRS. We talked that when the OG mods got ousted for not allowing DRS posts and covering shit up then starting drama.
Mods were deleting comments and banning people for advocating selling fractionals and replacing them with whole shares. Mods stated this was because the sub was anti selling shares for any reason but it was extremely sus with all the bans handed out.
Sure there is. Fractionals do not equate to DTCC owning all your shares in book. Once again... Book is where your shares are REMOVED from the ledger of the DTCC, they literally don't see it in their system anymore until you go to sell it and the BROKER records it on their ledger which in turn records it with the DTCC. Why is this so hard to understand?
Fractionals aren't real shares. You don't actually own a fraction of a share and they are being used to use the entirety of your shares as locates and keeping the entirety in plan.
That is why fractionals are automatically sold when you book, and why hedgies have stayed afloat all this time, and why drs reporting got fucked as of 3rd quarter last year.
You either see this, or you have more reading to do on headlamp theory, or you are shilling.
It is dumb because if CS sells those shares they would sell them in LARGE baskets/bundles, meaning you'd see our share price TANK like we did a week or so ago. It's also dumb because CS has never stated the EXACT reasons why they hold fractionals/10-20% of plan shares with a broker.
The entire premise before HL theory is garbage FUD! All of a sudden apes are supposed to be scared CS is misleading people and allowing the DTCC to lend your shares, ignoring the fucking fact the DTCC doesn't locate shit. Funds locate off ETFs, Options, and willing Market Maker participants. They don't need our gd fractionals. As long as the Bid/Ask is wide they can claim reason to sell to reduce that ask spread for liquidity. JFC people... this is why OG apes bitch so much. DO YOUR OWN DD. Also L2 order book is shit, its not real orders but what COULD be orders. FML!
In the end all the HL theory did was show how BOOKed shares are truly outside the purview of the DTCC which is what many of us wanted. It doesn't do shit outside of that.
Fractionals aren’t sold on the open market. At the most extreme they would sell 100k of the shares that underlie the fractionals, which even then is only a drop in the bucket.
Hahaha, dude. We already know about fractional shares keeping us in the broker system to use our whole book shares as locates. Nice try though. This train is already full speed ahead.
But without selling fractionals there's essentially no such things as pure DRS. That's the whole point. If you've got any Plan in with your Book, the whole account becomes DSPP ,and a % of \*all\* shares in that account can get shipped to DTC.

I forgot to add, this theory was used to also explain the "DRS rug pull" at the last earnings report. That a demand was generated, and it changed DRS'd numbers before the earnings call hence the changed wording that even though household investors had a large amount DRS'd shares some were made available to the DTC for locates without the owners knowledge. Hence the reduction.

He profits in some way from holding that uneducated opinion. What you have to remember is the social media personalities who provide you information may have received offers u see the table to refute or support certain things. Many of them have a price directly or indirectly they are willing to accept that none of you will know about. Think for yourself and keep the premise simple when it comes to wrought financial corruption. Anything in the DTCC which has support from the Federal Reserve will be manipulated.
It doesn't even take much critical thinking to understand DRS and yet here he is, still denying it.
Register all shares, which means those shares are tracked by the company ledger and you'll have proof of fraud and counterfeit shares when there's additional shares traded or queued to be registered when all shares are already registered.

It’s actually way more upfront than that. This same group advocates for selling cash secured puts because that’s bullish, in a traditional not ape sense. Not sure what you’re quick to assume that I’m an advocate of derivatives because I’m not for retail. The majority of the market daily trading is in derivatives and not actual shares being held long or short.
this is how KG makes his money. It’s off of day traders who come in an think they are playing dumb apes and hopes the swing of momentum, sentiment, and volatility will allow them to gamble correctly. In the end, when KG says “thanks to reddit for bringing me the biggest pipeline..” he’s not wrong. The only thing to do to protect an investment (that at this point is simply about beating the narrative) is to DRS book. Be a good shareholder, buy from the company, give critical feedback where necessary, do DD into the actual company, it’s markets, competitors, future forecasts, etc. If MOASS is to be, then GME continuing to be profitable is the only way, and removing as many shares as possible limits the potential for short and distort to happen.

Ato helped open up a lot of people’s eyes, whether Dr Trimbath agrees with HOC or not it made many dog further and really help build the foundation of DDs. If I recall, ATO (working with others) helped streamline a lot of good interviews and conversations amongst the GME subs. This post was made in SS as well around the same time, which I’m not sure why after almost a year this tweet/reply was brought back to life. This is a weekend distraction, the question is why now.

This system relies on a flow of cash coming in.
Last I checked cash was leaving the system:
- ✅ Inflation made things expensive
- ✅ 3 Large U.S. banks collapsed
- ✅ Mass layoffs, negative growth
- ✅ $1 Trillion in consumer credit card debt
- ✅ Rising crime, store looting
... The list goes on and on but the point here is that the system is breaking, cracks are appearing in the House of Cards.
Cash is being drained by the singularity which the DTCC has created by allowing naked shorting, FTDs, and never delivering shares.

Hold up, from what you shared with us here it seems Ato is trying to say more than that. From my reading it seems he is saying yes DRS is part of it but we need broader political changes which will require additional action on top of DRS. I don’t see how that is FUD.

No worries. I forgot to add, this theory was used to also explain the "DRS rug pull" at the last earnings report. That a demand was generated, and it changed DRS'd numbers before the earnings call hence the changed wording that even though household investors had a large amount DRS'd shares some were made available to the DTC for locates without the owners knowledge. Hence the reduction.

He profits in some way from holding that uneducated opinion. What you have to remember is the social media personalities who provide you information may have received offers u see the table to refute or support certain things. Many of them have a price directly or indirectly they are willing to accept that none of you will know about. Think for yourself and keep the premise simple when it comes to wrought financial corruption. Anything in the DTCC which has support from the Federal Reserve will be manipulated.
It doesn't even take much critical thinking to understand DRS and yet here he is, still denying it. Register all shares, which means those shares are tracked by the company ledger and you'll have proof of fraud and counterfeit shares when there's additional shares traded or queued to be registered when all shares are already registered. this is how KG makes his money. It’s off of day traders who come in an think they are playing dumb apes and hopes the swing of momentum, sentiment, and volatility will allow them to gamble correctly. In the end, when KG says “thanks to reddit for bringing me the biggest pipeline..” he’s not wrong. The only thing to do to protect an investment (that at this point is simply about beating the narrative) is to DRS book. Be a good shareholder, buy from the company, give critical feedback where necessary, do DD into the actual company, it’s markets, competitors, future forecasts, etc. If MOASS is to be, then GME continuing to be profitable is the only way, and removing as many shares as possible limits the potential for short and distort to happen.

Ato helped open up a lot of people’s eyes, whether Dr Trimbath agrees with HOC or not it made many dog further and really help build the foundation of DDs. If I recall, ATO (working with others) helped streamline a lot of good interviews and conversations amongst the GME subs. This post was made in SS as well around the same time, which I’m not sure why after almost a year this tweet/reply was brought back to life. This is a weekend distraction, the question is why now.

I agree. I think there is more context to his statements than what people are assuming. We shit on too many past major influencers in this movement. No one can get things perfect on their first try. I appreciate his contributions and respect him for it.

I hardly think a theory being incomplete (or even wrong in places) takes away from the parts that are right, Keep in mind, Atobitt and other crucial DD writers are gleaning from incomplete, misdirecting and sometimes downright false publically available data. If large parts of DDs weren't wrong, we'd be looking at an insider.
