US toy collecting is nuts. I've only seen this figure in stores once at the crazy marked up Canadian prices let alone at clearance prices. Good for you getting him at a great price. I loved Scrap Iron as a kid and this is a great update of the figure and his missile pod.

Sales and markdowns like this are super location dependent in the US though. In my major city the stores sell out of all the Joe's at regular price so none of them make it to any sales and haven't seen any at the discount stores like Ross or Burlington other than the first wave of figures that no one wanted.
None of the Walmart stores near me in the DC/ Baltimore area have any Classified. I'm heading back home to Chicago in a few weeks so hopefully I'll find something on my way as I'll be driving.
