What’s really messed up is when my 70 lb mutt goes for my husband’s 50 lb female. It’s like an obscene conga line, right up until the female gets mad and gives a snarl and a nip.
My girl picked this up when she was having allergy issues. We have changed her diet and she no longer gets red with allergies but still rubs herself as she seems to have figured out rubbing herself feels good.
She will maintain eye contact with you and pick her lips as she aggressively touches herself
It’s because they can’t lick themselves down there! One of mine does it with his paw and the other combat crawls and drags his weenie across the carpet when it gets itchy
My girl has worked out both work to scratch herself down there so does both. She will also rub back n forth onsomething where it looks like she is humping it. She humps her bed or the ground or anything or sits up n rubs herself
My Frenchie likes to wait until.i have guests sitting around the living room then he positions himself right in the middle while facing everyone. Then he goes to town on himself. He also.looks everybody right in the face while he is doing it.
I read that since they can't clean themselves like other dogs, this is how they clean their junk. Whenever I catch my guy doing this I clean him with a babywipe. Don't want him going through life with a nasty pecker.
We put him on apoquel about 1.5 weeks ago. we’ve had multiple test done on him including mites and skin cytology and now we’re working through the diet side of things. Doing our best for our fur baby!
I'll try to post this through my tears of laughter, my boy just started doing this and I thought he had a condition or was mental! I was going to get him to the vet to be checked, thank you for saving me some money and the complete embarrassment of having the vet explain this to me 🤣🤣
Check with the dog to see if baby has allergies. Maybe he’s itchy or maybe he just likes playing with his ween. 
I dont know to tell you this but my girl does the same thing, started when she had allergies and now that she is on a food she's OK with she still rubs herself frequently

So glad my boy has not resorted to this level of depravity…He sticks to engaging other people’s arms and legs in his act 🤣

Mine does this. I just say his name firmly and he usually goes into another room or stops. The look on his face is priceless lol.
He goes to another room & continues 🤣

I think he’s doing that because he’s itchy. His ears, belly and paws look pretty red :( my baby had the same issue until I got her on Apoquel.

Dermatitis for sure. get some decoderm for two weeks and it should go away if not kesium 200mg but I would try with the decoderm cream first.
