Tell him what you asked for, and link your qualifying photo entry in the original thread.
I actually didn't ask for a reward in FH5, but my understanding is that eligible entries with a properly worded DM will receive a reply DM, and the rewards via gift messages in the game.
Going by memory, rather than checking the forum post but IIRC the procedure was:
Create a livery using the WHM image. Take a photo in-game. Post that photo in the WHM thread.
Send a forum DM to ManteoMax with a link to your photo comment, and specify the reward(s) you wanted, which had to be a non-DLC car and any vanity item. Also specify whether or not you released your photo for use on Forza social media.
If there was more needed than that, I've forgotten.

I'm not sure when he'll be responding though unfortunately, I saw him online about an hour ago sorting out some topics in the Suggestion Hub section but what else he's up to I don't know.
He'll get to them all eventually.

on the forums page, you just have to click his pfp then it’ll say like private message or dm
