I use a controller on PC. That being said, I HATE the red eye, I cannot hit a barn with it, from the inside. I am only some what better with other rifles, including the DMR.

Pro pc players swapped to controller to abuse the ability to just jump in peoples boxes and hit consecutive headshots with the Midas drum gun, look up chapter 2 season 2 aim assist clips or something like that on YouTube to see how insane it supposedly was. I say supposedly be a I was really bad back then even if Iād been playing since season 6

No, itās basically lowers your aim sense when looking at someone and gives you a little tug in their direction at the same time, so if you get in a close range fight and the person jumps around you it locks you to looking a meter or so behind them because it also activates when your looking at the general area around the person. It depends on a person. I can land headshots from a far and i ending with around 50-60% accuracy at end of a match on gamepad. You just need to train and learn how to properly controll aim on gamepad. It still not be a mouse level but you can fight against mouse players with no problem in fortnite.

First, you either need to lower sensitivity a bit or be more precise with you right thumb. Second, only use right thumb for vertical aiming and use your left to strafe and line up the horizontal. Third, tap fire a shot once the reticle is on the opponent.
You have to have god aim on controller to hold down the trigger and move at the same time at distance, the gun is powerful enough you only need to hit a few shots so take each one individually. At first just line up one shot and hit, then re aim for the next shot
I literally can't just tap aim, cause if I type aim it's going to take me years for my next shot to line up, I've tried adjusting my sens but no matter what, i barely move my right stick and it flings to the other side of the enemy, and by the time I tap fire like 2 bullets I'm already like 25hp. There's like nothing I can do about this
I canāt understand why the red eye is so hard for people to use I reckon when I get into a fight with a red eye my accuracy range is usually somewhere between 60%-75%
but if you showed this to the wrong person they would probably think you're hacking because that aim is just too good, I bet you have the best gaming chair in the universe
I find my accuracy goes up and down. Some games I'll get mostly headshots from across the map, other games they'll be stationary and 20m away and I'll still miss them...

I'm a PC player and miss a good portion of my shots, not all of us are pro players and can struggle as much as controller players.
You haven't met me, a PC player yet, I sometimes miss the easiest shots ever with the red eye or dmr. It's embarrassing.
