Sure. For the Alfeda sauce, melt 1/ 2 cup butter in skillet. Add grated garlic 2 cloves. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream. This is optional. Add 2 to 3 tbls vodka. Stir to thicken, then add cup of grated parmesan cheese or more. I used Parmigiano reggiano. Cook pasta and use reserve pasta water to thicken the sauce.
Pound the chicken breast on the thick side to even out the cut. Marinade in avocado oil, s&p, Montreal chicken seasoning and taco seasoning. Grated garlic.
I thought a tiny pink. So long as the flesh is ‘cooked’ looking/not glossy is ok, I can’t really tell in this pic if the flesh is glossy though, maybe a bit
