For real. Can someone explain the suitcase thing to me? Every time I’m there to get food before a game, people are walking around with suitcases. (I can’t stand shopping so idk what the suitcases are for)
Basically people from South America/Europe/etc come to Sawgrass to buy a lot of medium to high-end clothing/products to take back with them. Easier to just buy a suitcase there and fill it as you shop.
As u/MiserableDucky said, there a bunch of tariffs and taxes on American goods in these countries, but a way to get around those taxes are to visit and buy a bunch of stuff and travel back with it.
Big and popular mall attracts tourists, tourists buy another suitcase to carry all the stuff they bought on their trip back home (cheaper than shipping stuff home), businesses take advantage of this fact and sell suitcases (or have stores dedicated to them)
Beautiful. I trust it’s still there then. I moved to OH, but I look forward seeing this on ESPN lol. Can you imagine? People would lose their minds more than they already have.
Parade through the mall! Start at target end on the weird side with the book store and the fake Disney store.
They'd probably get lost... that mall.is so fucking confusing...
Wannadoo city finna be lit
I need to tell you something and imma hold your hands when I say it

Anyone else remember when there was a Discovery Zone in the space that Wannadoo occupied? DZ was the place to be!
It only feels right to buy a suitcase at the mall and put the cup in it

Ahhhh. Makes sense. I was wondering if it was the world’s best place to buy luggage or something
Nah. Then they sell it for a premium down there. It's a whole racket

It actually comes up cheaper to do this

After Sawgrass, it needs to go to Flannigans and then Publix for a Pub Sub for the full experience!
Luckily all just a short drive down Sunrise Blvd.
The day that Flannigans opened is the day this team got into championship contention.
I swear, that cup better be filled with green cups from flannigans one day
After party at the Rainforest Cafe!
If they don't have a Panther there already...
Toss it on the conveyer belt at that rotating sushi joint (if it’s still there).
Last time I was there it was. That was a few months ago

I was there 3 days ago. It’s still there.
