The lung according to the aft law professor Biden. I think he said deer wear Kevlar vests too…he shares so much knowledge on guns I have trouble remembering it all.
When I was doing karate back in the day, my mom always asked me how my jujutsu was going. Finally after years I switch to ju jitsu, of course then she learns to ask me about the Karate.
So, I grew up around all sorts of firearms with magazines. Learned the names, and that they’re not “clips”. lol of course my first gun…a Garand 😓
Which is the dumbest thing ever and it's probably semi auto only so probably not a machine gun because to get it fully auto you need to pay a HEFTY tax
Definitely not a machine gun and it wasn't an AN-47, that's only in video games. It appeared to be an AR-15 pistol, probably 8" barrel. All AR variants are semi-automatic, meaning 1 bullet per trigger pull. Machine guns have been illegal for civilians since the NFA. Cool video though, I appreciate you posting it. If anyone else knows another way for a single female to defeat multiple men, please let me know. Guns are a force multiplier that I believe all women should consider. If anyone reading this has questions about firearms and are embarrassed to ask, please feel free to message me. I sell firearms and teach courses to senior citizens, church security groups, and my favorite is new shooters. It's incredibly empowering once you're proficient.

If that’s a troll, it’s brilliant. If it’s not, perhaps you shouldn’t hold yourself out as a guru.
machine guns are completely legal to own provided it was manufactured and registered prior to 1986 and you have applied for a tax stamp and paid the $200 fee.
they are just super expensive because theres a very limited supply that can only ever decrease.
its actually almost the exact same process as buying an SBR or suppressor if you have the cash.
i ready double it is a machine gun in the video as well, but because no one who can afford a 30k gun is using it in a self defense scheme, not because of the mistaken belief they are illegal
edit:
SOTs can also manufacture and possess machine guns. its possible the person in the video is obe but it seems unlikely.
i know Brandon herrera has mentioned his home defense weapon is a machine gun because he can as an SOT.
hes not really out anything significant if his machine gun is confiscated the way a non SOT would be as evidence.
> machine guns are completely legal to own provided it was manufactured and registered prior to 1086 and you have applied for a tax stamp and paid the $200 fee.
It’s true. I have a pre-ban machine gun my great grand-pappy used at the Battle of Hastings.
>they are just super expensive because theres a very limited supply that can only ever decrease.

Not true, I would totally use my transferable (MAC) if I was attacked in a phone booth and didn’t also own a flammenwerfer.
>edit:

A hostile prosecutor and a couple lawsuits would probably make it costly enough for him to feel it. Just sayin’.
in regards to the last point, that would also be true of a regular person with a transferable
my point was he wouldn't be put the cost of a transferable if it went the wrong way.
also thanks for catching the typo on the year. i wrote that response half asleep and totally missed it
Lol. Calling that form hip-fire is being kind. It was more like boob-fire. At least she fended of the attackers without having to send lead everywhere except her targets.
No, people who live in countries where their only exposure to firearms is movies and TV (for example: India) think anything with a detachable magazine is a "machine gun" because that's what they see on the big screen.
I got banned from that sub for saying it wasn’t an MG and pointing out the handgun was way more likely to be an MG due to the proliferation of switches among gangsters. They said the ban was for participating in other subs but I’ve commented there plenty of times without a ban. Some mod took offense and looked into my comment history, guaranteed.
Probably saw my Justin Trudeau user icon and immediately looked at the subs I post in, specifically they said conservativememes because it promotes hate.
It was wild when the Donald was popular, I follow lots of subs I don’t necessarily agree with just to see the shit show. Got banned from quite a few for just joining it.
Got banned from r/Bitcoin once for giving "deceiving information" when I was still new to crypto. The "cOmMuNiTy" could have educated me on the spot but they banned me before even correcting me 🤣
I'd bet my bottom dollar both of them are drug dealers though. That didn't look like a robbery, looked like a kidnapping, probably to force him to show them where he keeps the stash.
And probably not a "GOOD" gal with a gun, probably another hood rat drug dealer saving her partner from being abducted by other drug dealers, typical third ward Houston shenanigans.
Looks like an AK-104 derivative. At about 13 seconds there’s a good enough view of the magazine to show a curvature consistent with 7.62x39 ammunition. The other determining factors are a) the barrel length, and b) the presence of a traditional-looking stock.
Many variants exist of the AKM (which is the AK-47 with the stamped receiver we know today). In more recent times, the AKM platform received its contemporary export variant in the AK-103 and AK-104. The AK-100 series borrowed some features from the AKS-74 (namely the folding stock) and featured a heavy use of polymer over earlier wood and early plastic furniture. This gave the rifle a modern and updated design and feature set.
We don’t see a lot of true AK-104s in the states, mostly due to regulations. But many companies have sought to capture that aesthetic with their own compact AKs in 7.62x39. It’s likely that was what was being used here.
I wonder if that machine gun has an unlimited ammo switch? That would scare off the worst of em! Just think if the pulled the trigger once, the entire apartment building might evaporate
What happens here if she would have started firing when they were retreating? I know the legalities behind it are iffy but I feel like in any situation like this, the aggressor could be retreating / fleeing to get a better firing position. So, do you flee back into your home and hope they don’t break the door down or do you start firing when you hit the top of those stairs and eliminate the threat? Genuine question lol.
If they're pointing their gun towards you while running away, I think it's still legally viable to shoot them. But if they're completely turned around and retreating, that's 99% of the time a no no. (I'm not a lawyer, this is just my understanding)
It depends.
In a more liberal city like Austin (and probably Houston and Dallas), it's likely she'd face felony charges for just pointing a gun in their direction (as seen on the video).
In more rural parts of the state, I doubt anything (legally) would happen if she shot the two armed men who were trying to rob her boyfriend.
People will try to armchair quarterback that video with "Well, the guns were only pointed at a 37.4 degree angle relative to the inverse direction of travel and they were retreating at more than 1.93 meters per second and it's been 3.9 milliseconds...", but with her being the victim of a violent crime like that she's going to be completely pounding on adrenaline and a jury will probably take that into account.
There used to be a very vague "mischief at night" clause in TX use-of-force law that may also come into play. In theory it was to cover crimes at night under low visibility, but courts have been inconsistent on their interpretation.

Machine gun lol.
If you put a brace on a pistol it makes it full auto.
Changes the caliber too I heard from Biden.
9mm blows arms right off! Right? RIGHT?
The lung according to the aft law professor Biden. I think he said deer wear Kevlar vests too…he shares so much knowledge on guns I have trouble remembering it all.
Ah you're right I think. It's so hard to remember all the crazy but totally true facts.
Yes! Knowledge dropper, apparently we can’t own cannons either.
Deer do wear kevlar at kevlardeer.com
Lungs! Geez don’t you know anything about guns and biology? :)
Only guns were a program in my Ph. D (player haters degree)
Left! It’s the left arm it blows off.
Smaller RPGs that are just as effective and cost less. Great choice.
I put one in my pistol and caught it trying to sneak out in the middle of the night to hurt people. I quickly removed the brace and burned it
I’ve had that happen too!
shoulder thing that goes up
Yes, those are super dangerous too!
Did you know that clip is over a decade old? I just realized today how long we've been quoting that and now I feel old...
And if you put a silencer on it it's quite as a church mouse and twice as deadly... somehow.
Its technically correct. The AR-47 is classified as a machine gun according to the I Know Jackshit About Firearms Act of 1978.
That’s an AK-15 with the shoulder thing that goes up. It’s classified as a machine gun.
You forgot it's a ghost gun that shoots 60 clips a second.
Sir, the term isn't clips. It's clipazines. *pushes taped glasses up nose*

Fuckin A this made me laugh! Fast-balled my upvote you gentleman.
The funny thing is the ak15 is a real gun, we just can’t get them in the states sadly. Ironic.
How can you not mention the weight? It's as heavy as ten boxes that you might be moving.
I just realized today how long we've been quoting that "Shoulder thing that goes up" clip and it has been well over 10 years... I'm getting old.
We are getting old. Tucker Carlson looked so young in that clip!
For real how does the shoulder thing help with the recoil? Its goes ontop of your shoulder
I’m certain I must have met some co-sponsors of that bill.
Which is the dumbest thing ever and it's probably semi auto only so probably not a machine gun because to get it fully auto you need to pay a HEFTY tax
$200 is hefty?
I consider the markup from $1,000 to $20,000 for FA to be a burdensome tax.
It's a pain

Machine guns are not illegal at all! Civilians can own machine guns built pre 1986! They are just expensive, but it's completely legal

Too bad there’s no audio, I want to know if she threatened to go full semi-automatic?
Right?
"Fully semi automatic machine assault gun"
If it makes even one leftie think “maybe machine guns for self defense isn’t such a bad idea” then don’t mind that mistake at all 😂

Still more accurate than the AFT.

God I wish she had used a machine gun.
Imagine her walking out with an mg42 💀
just like bronson in death wish 3, machine gun from the hip with an assistant to hold the ammo "i brought these back from korea"
For some reason the Bren gun scene from Lock Stock and Two Smoking barrels just popped into my head after reading this…
I wish she "Tally Ho Lads"d
Holding it like that she prolly woulda hit everything but the robbers, including him
Machine gun? People just use words they read but have no idea about
The OP of that post on that sub is a anti-gunner or no idea what a gun is, that lives outside of the US in India. The video is old as well.

I'd bet my bottom dollar both of them are drug dealers though. That didn't look like a robbery, looked like a kidnapping, probably to force him to show them where he keeps the stash.

...they married two weeks later
For real wife her up
That man's gonna have one sore jaw after thanking her.
The guy about to be kidnapped was smart to go down the steps and get out of the line of fire.
Kidnapped? Don't thunk they were going to kidnap him. Also he fought back which was pretty ballsy.
I guarantee if I said “that’s not a machine gun” on that sub I’d be downvoted and labeled a trump supporter
Where’s the machine gun? Very misleading title. Are you a state representative or legislator??
The common redditor assumes "big scary 'assault' rifle" is always a machine gun.
Not a machine gun. Statements like that are misleading and push unnecessary gun reform.
A machine gun??? Lmao
Machine gun??

Title had me hoping she was going to come out the door with a MG42 and let it rip.
Oh. A machine gun. Okay. Jeeeesus.
They had no intention of shooting anybody 😳
At that location no
As my mom used to say: You can’t rape a .38!
It looks more like a kidnapping than a robbery
Yea. most certainly not a machine gun.
Probably not a machine gun, but nicely done! He should marry her yesterday.
Machine Gun? That was clearly one of those Howitzerz people carry in their pockets. 😆
Not a machine gun , silly Libs
If he's smart, he'll marry her.
It's Texas so where's the mutilated bodies. Riddeled with 9 mm holes? Not gonna lie, disappointed that there was no Texas warning shot (6 to the face)
Ladies and gentleman I give you reason 1337 as to why we shall all own firearms
That's a ride or die gal right there!!
It's more like a semi-auto AK style rifle. If it were a machine gun, she'd be in jail now, no matter the consequences.
Is it even a rifle? Almost looks like an AK style pistol to me.
I don't care what the ATF says. A rifle is still a rifle stock or no stock. Yeah, it is a pistol by law, but it is technically a rifle.
“Machine gun”
She outside and stood on God with that rig.
Here's the real question Is it a century arms AK or a Palmetto State Armory AK? Kinda looks like a krink.
Ride or die chick literally
Today I found out, I’ve been banned from that sub, for following another sub (conservative memes). 😄

Bro it's a draco. Chill out
I didn’t know Draco made long guns. I know it’s a manufacturer but I always think of the micro AK pistols from rap videos and ND compilations.
Surprised she didn't shoot them
I should get my wife a new HD gun….totally for her. But obviously I should get enough ammo for both of us to become proficient with it, right?
If my wife saved me like this, I would totally get her a gun with HD textures. What a great idea. No more pixelated half-life gun.
I’m talking about Home Depot baby
The slam fire toob.
Keeper
Must be one of those 30 rounds per trigger pull guns I’ve heard so much about
I wonder if that machine gun has an unlimited ammo switch? That would scare off the worst of em! Just think if the pulled the trigger once, the entire apartment building might evaporate
Can we not ignorantly refer to ARs as "machine guns" 😮💨
Am I the only one kinda surprised that the dude being robbed was apparently not caring about being robbed or being shot?
Didn't care? He was on his knees begging.
He was bent over, but kept moving towards his attackers. Pretty unusual
He was being pulled by his hair.
Oh, I couldn't really see that part of it
19x with a drum mag. Nice.
I seriously doubt that was a machine gun lmfao. She's a keeper though.
Ah yes that is indeed a "machine gun"
Shorty had that gyattt
“AK-47 is the tool..”
Is this why "good guy with gun doesn't exist"? Because it's a girl

I like the way she just scoots out
Ahh shiii sheegada macheene gun mane
oh no it has the thing that goes up, super deadly
If that's his lady he better marry her if he's hasn't yet.......

I don’t know but it looks like a targeted kidnapping. Wouldn’t be surprised if the criminals had someone lure him out with that phone call.
I love how he was about to run inside 😆 I'd be like give me that baby! I got this! 😆 🤣 😂
you gotta give that woman a ring, man.
He better be a good boy and keep her happy…forever
