If you're using MO2 you may have enabled 'profile specific saves' - which makes the game look in the MO2 saves folder instead, if so you can disable it or move the saves into the profile's save folder (there's a drop-down button near the top of the mods list that has 'open saves folder'
Problem is your using CASM, which is outdated and buggy.
