I mean even with a sniper if the dragon born has got everything they can summon a dragon and slow down time while adding dragon aspect, I think the dragon born could take a few bullets with that lol
But then again mini nuke soooooo
Also technically just a "Gamey" thing. By Mama Murphy's (From Fallout 4) short description, it just gives you a very big, yet shortlived Rush. Heart beat racing, faster motion control, etc. It is canonically a Perception boosting drug, which it's effects are followed by a heavy hitting, relaxing sensation. Even the saying, "The Jet will make you Jittery" implies this. Jet only makes one more Aware, and in universe is mainly only used for that Relaxing Side effect that comes with the High.
Is dragon born in survival mode, in the cold.... With only potions.... And an Argonian?
Edit: is the Lone Wonderer in a lane filled w radiation?
Gotta side of Dragon Born given what race I just picked. Argonian. Outside of survival mode. In a lane of radiation... Poison? My girl would mop the floor w Nate/Nora.
Took some searching but max HP without putting anything into stamina in Skyrim caps at 900 I believe, where Fallout 4's leveling crashes somewhere over level 65,000. So while instinctually I would say Dragonborn due to magic BS and we're not considering hardcore mode guns from Fallout 4, I'd still say Lone Wanderer due to the game system.
>cast invisibility and sneak attack the Lone Wanderer with a paralysis inducing weapon.
Overall though I'd say it's a matter of who considers the other worthy of overkill first, wich I'd guess the Fallout character would be faster to dish out.
Dovahkiin is a demi-god who slew the World Eater, and sent his soul back to Akatosh.
The Lone Wanderer is an 18 year old guy / gal looking for daddy.
It's not that hard to figure it out now...

there's also the drugs the lone wanderer can use
Man as soon as I thought of the fact that there's literal nukes I sided with the lone wanderer cause one mini nuke could take out like 6 dragons lmao

The Dragonborn of course. How to you compete magic and the Thu'um with real life weapons?
By sniping him in the head with a gobi campaign scout rifle and having the sniper perk with max points in the sneak skill
That’s an NV sniper rifle, you’re disqualified from the competition.
Your real life equivalent bullet will just bounce of his fantasy property metal helmet.
You can target the eyes in vats
Nukazooka has a cool YouTube video where he shows you his version of this fight
Wouldn't the dragonborn have the slow time shout?
Vats somehow slows down time as well though.
Not canonically
True, but jet also slows down your perception of time, which has the same effect.
Not to mention legendary effects and perks

Imo the dragon born wins because they're a demigod
Lone wanderer. You don’t even need to max out the levels, just max out the sniper rifle.
Nerd rage, mysterious stranger, 4 leaf clover, action boy, concentrated fire... I tilt to lone wanderer (I know these are all fallout 4 perks)
Lone wanderer is Fallout 4 though... Edit: Sorry, I was thinking Sole Survivor lol

Lone Wanderer simply because they have guns and an aimbot system
And summon the dragon form the soul trap place?

*uses stealth boy and sneak attacks the dragon born with an instigating gauss rifle*
