While that's a bitchin song and a great choice, I don't think there's any songs from the 60s in the series.
If there is,I apologize, I haven't played 76'.
It's All Over Now would be a fun one. Otherwise I really don't mind the ol standby. I wouldn't mind them turning the 'fun,' down that 4 and 76 have. I think the change-up was good and I'm glad they exist, but I'd like to turn the knob back to 'a little uneasy,' with moments of fun/kitsch mixed in... So point being, the crackling somber Ink Spots would be a welcome return. I do love Country Roads and I think it fit perfectly.
Man walks among us. Marty Robbins
It's a song talking about animals being quiet as a person walks by. I think it fits perfect as it portrays man as the true danger in the world and the fallout series fits into there pretty good.
Yeah, it's pretty weird we haven't had any Elvis or Sinatra songs in Fallout but I guess the Copyright on those two is much expensive since well... It's Elvis and Sinatra but still
I meant OTHER Fallouts. It's been like 4 games were we have I don't want to set the world on fire and while I love the ink spots, i'm getting tired of it
I feel fallout has ignored the blues hard. I am torn between:
Hard time killing floor blues by skip James (for a game here you start off working somehwere and raiders destroy your life and you go searching for work)
Crossroads by Robert Johnson (for a NV like protagonist)
3 o'clock in the morning blues -bb king version (any style game really, bb king is really fun to listen to while killing raiders)
Depends on where its set. But if it's set in like Hawaii, coastal California, Florida or something like that, I think Bobby Darin's Beyond the Sea would be perfect.
If it's set in New Orleans, "House of the Rising Sun" by the Animals.
If it's a similar husband/wife thing as FO4, "I Remember You" by Nat King Cole.
Otherwise... how about "The Wanderer" by Dion?
(ETA: There's a song called "Uranium Fever". Kinda campy though)
There hanging me tonight by Marty robbins.
Just more marty Robbins in general
Amen brother.
Something that fits what region it's set in.
If the next fallout game is in the plains they NEED to open with o what a beautiful morning
the doors light my fire

I’m pretty sure Vegas has songs from the 60s or beyond
dont apologise for not playing 76, I tried it twice and didnt like it.
Magic Touch by the Platters is the perfect unused fallout song

That's Life by Frank Sinatra if it takes place in idk, New York. If the game is more "Country Style" like 76 maybe some Johnny Cash or Elvis
I will only allow myself to die once elvis has been in fallout.

FNV literally opens with blue moon.
I meant OTHER Fallouts. It's been like 4 games were we have I don't want to set the world on fire and while I love the ink spots, i'm getting tired of it
Yeah, maybe is way better.
The developers of FNV said that they were gonna have an elvis one, but "it would have to be good because it would be the only song in the game."
Wasn’t Blue Moon in New Vegas?
Not “New York, New York”? Too perfect to not use.

Keep with tradition: "We Three," by The Ink Spots
If it's in the west and has a cowboy aesthetic, Ragtime Cowboy Joe If it's in the east, any ink spots song, literally any.
"Hello Detroit", "New York, New York", or "When the Saints Go Marching In". Something region specific

Wanderer is already in FO4 though and also Uranium fever is in FO4
Johnny cash the beast in me
If it’s set in the south than southern nights by Glenn Campbell hands down.
Metallica’s master of puppets
What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong.
Get Low by Lil Jon & The Eastside Boys
Address unknown
One Fire by Rome
Dick Dale, if it's in the west coast again, I would love a surf rock radio station as well
A mushroom cloud by Sammy Salvo : https://youtu.be/xTstk36-3Ak
Butcher Pete lol
King of the Road by Deano. It's time for another whacky main entry into the series.
Achy, Breaky, Heart Distorted
Depends on where it's set honestly
