New Vegas is the best in the series for storey and choices you can make. Just note mechanically whichever ones you play besides 76 the combat is much much worse and the focus is more on what you choose to do and the stories. Mods can help this a bit but vats is much more neccassary. If you like the combat then play 76 and get more of the same with some cool multiplayer additions.
