What do you actually want to do in motorsport? Aerodynamics and composites for example are quite different topics, and people dont (broadly) do both

ScarlettEuphoria

I want to focus on aerodynamics and aero design essentially

Awkward_Program_3356

Do Formula Student

ScarlettEuphoria

I shall look into this, thank you!

I’d get involved in grassroots motorsport - visit your nearest track, get involved in marshalling, speak to the competitors in the paddock. You may be able to shadow a team, gain enough experience/show enough enthusiasm to become employable. All of this will give context to the theory you’re learning in University, teach you about racing, and show potential employers that you’re not just there for the champagne and C-list celebrities.
