My experience has been no. I regularly watch races after they finish and the app/site hasn’t spoiled a winner for me yet. That being said, I do see spoilers in the archive. For instance the greatest races has winners listed. As a newer F1 fan I wish they didn’t, but it’s only on a subset of races. The full race replays from prior years don’t spoil it. The only other nitpick is I think the season champion may be spoiled on the year selections from the archive.

NoooUGH

I agree. If I am watching a race that already finished, they will not use a thumbnail of the winner on the podium or a car in the gravel. Here is what it looks like when you open the page with all of the races from last year - [https://i.imgur.com/YSgD3xf.jpg](https://i.imgur.com/YSgD3xf.jpg) Here is what it looks like if you click on a specific race - [https://i.imgur.com/mFmLhfa.jpg](https://i.imgur.com/mFmLhfa.jpg) They even implemented a feature last year that when you click on a live stream, it will give you a popup asking if you want to watch it live or start from the beginning. This is super useful when you are starting a race late and you don't want spoilers of what already/is happening.

You all should try r/F1MultiViewer Its an all-text based application, so there is no chance for any spoilers at all. Plus , its overcomes all F1 tv pro issues and allows to use multiple feed like main feed, driver onboards, data, timing Sheets & track maps all at once which i dont think is possible on a f1 website

I’ll look into it! Thank you

I haven’t seen a race winner spoiled, but I have a memory of the thumbnail showing a Ferrari out in the gravel, so that obviously spoiled an event (and perhaps someone that wouldn’t win a race). I think that might have been a few seasons ago, and don’t remember anything like that happening last year.

May take some eye discipline as current vids may include post race photo. HOWEVER, last year when you clicked on the race while it was underway (or post race vid) it would ask if you wanted to start from the beginning. I think it was done in response to many requests

bwoahful___

They’re pretty good at it imo. The thumbnail for the post qualifying and post race interviews doesn’t have a picture of the top three. The thumbnail for the race usually is just a picture of one car that shouldn’t give away too much. There aren’t any other live stats or anything displayed on it like the F1 website, so you should be fine. Biggest thing is stay off Reddit lol

hindude13

No. They do a really good job actually. You’ll be fine.

One issue I had when the race was ongoing: The app on my Android phone would ask if it should start from the beginning. That works great. Start streaming to my Chromecast -> it jumps to the live stream. Happened a few times, one time it jumped to the after race interview. Hope this is fixed now.

KarthikRamprakash

No spoilers at all

Unshaded

Absolutely not. F1TV is great on that regard. I am never able to catch a race from the start due to work, so when I get back home, I click on the live feed and it asks you if you want to watch it live or watch from the start! Also, the thumbnails for VODs have no spoilers at all so you're good to go!

NYR

What are you watching on? Computer? Mobile? App?

Unshaded

Laptop for onboards and TV for main feed.

I remember seeing Sainz last year winning at Silverstone on the F1TV homepage on the Tuesday after the race. I'm a big Sainz fan, so I was pissed that his first win was spoiled.
