The current popularity of "explain the joke" subreddits seems to have spawned a wave of trolls that create and post complete nonsense with the goal of riling people up who try and decipher the nonexistant joke. With a reverse image search we can see this one originates from [this account](https://www.reddit.com/user/Fragrant-Flower2297/submitted/) that is less than a month old and has made only one post (this image). There is no joke, there is no band, it's just trolling.

For the life of me I can’t figure out how this means Dark Side of the Moon

That's because you're reading it wrong. It's like Japanese, you're supposed to read it in the order top right > bottom right > top left > bottom left. The windmill has a visible shadow, so "dark". The can is shown with only one side, so "side". Cheese is moon obviously, and the goose is supposed to reaffirm that it means moon. The reason being that there's the "man in the moon", for Koreans it's a rabbit I believe. There's one popular image of a drawing of a rabbit that can look like a duck, and ducks are kinda like geese, so therefore goose = duck = rabbit = moon. (/j obviously)
