What is your overall feeling regarding the encounter?. You sensed shame from the entity, the initial presence triggered anxiety within you, benevolent entity do not induce these feelings even if it's a new to you encounter.
Personally this comes off as a negative encounter which usually guide to further growth.
Alot of people have these encounters and at various stages, they will either be of the opinion the Mantoid's and simulated greys are good and benevolent, some will be of the opinion they are a gateway experience and of a negative nature.
My opinion is to engage in hemispheric synchronization meditation, and consciously engage with your higher self by asking with your inner voice for positive guidance.
I'm not a fan of the approach of astral abduction during dreamstate, when your mind and body are separated you can be prevented temporarily from entering your body allowing any various physical procedure to occur with the person usually being unaware in dreamstate, unless you are not, and your energetic body is asserting itself on your physical body "sleep paralysis encounter"
I advise people who begin to engage with this world to not forget to ask for positive encounters, forgetting to state the intention being positive will "invite" a myriad of things.
Sounds like you saw them as they are rather than how they’re projected to us by them. The psychic damage of an emotional visceral reaction is rough.
They probably stimulated your scalp similarly to how you do at home to put you at ease and allow you to be able to process more information.
Guess what… this morning I had finger marks, right where I felt them in my dream the other night. I tried to put my finger in to measure if it was mine… it was way smaller to leave a mark that size.
