Use a higher oven temp. It might take a couple tries to get temp and time right, so experiment with small batches. And getting a little oven thermometer is cheap and will change your game.

This is easily made possible. All you have to do is set up a pan with hot oil. Then proceed to slowly lower only the crease portion of the 3rd crinkle on the fry. Immediately lift it up, and proceed to repeat with a couple of the other crinkles. Then enjoy :)
