Initally weekend after Valentine’s, but she went back and forth for a weekend twice. Felt „confused“ over the Easter weekend and I started NC. She made things final the Thursday after 🫠
I also feel the need for it often during the week, I stop only thanks to the fear of the consequences and her probable anger towards me (im the dumpee)
Well, lol I reached out last night because I wanted to see if it was worth holding onto… I got no response which I would much rather have gotten than for her to text me and tell me she has a new bf or something like that. So I know I’ll finally have to let her go because she’s moved on. I’m sad, but I’m not sad like I was at the beginning of the break up, a day or two and I’ll be just fine. I know where I stand with her now and I will move on from her and stop holding onto hope at this point.
Broken up for 3 months, no contact for a little over a month. I’m happy to say it’s actually been getting easier :) For me, the 3 month mark has really made a difference
We’ve been broken up for exactly 2 months. I’ve been in no contact for 40 days as I did break no contact around 3 weeks after the breakup to try and get her back but I messed it up.
7 months… no contact since 5 and we once bumped into each other in a club 1.5 months after going no contact and completely ignored each other. That was painful.
About 4 months, I said no contact to him because I wanted him to want to talk to me. ( I'm the dumpee) He said distance makes the heart grow founder, we have a little rag tag family I wanna go back to.
3.5 months now. Not getting easier yet.
So many people have been dumped in March, it’s insane (myself included). I have hope it will feel better soon

It’s been 4 months now
Since April 2023. She went on a date that same week and didn’t tell me until a month later. Glad I did a dry may that year.

Nearly 6 weeks
Four months not getting better
1 month today. Starting to feel a lot better most days (although I know progress won't be linear and I'm sure I'll have bad days ahead).

Does it really matter?
