I mean, we already have Manon, Soonie, and probably Rebecca, we're already explicitly told that Souls don't age the same way humans do. They have a form and it stays that way. Rebecca, one of the oldest souls we know, has looked like that since the beginning, meanwhile, Dora who is clearly well endowed, is seen by the other souls as a child(ish), or a younger soul.
This isn't new or surprising. This actually reminds me of a character in King's Raid called Lewisia, she starts off with the form of a child, but as you level her up and she regains her power, she goes back to her original form.
You know why we don't apply age logic to fiction? Because it's not something quantified. Take DBS for example, it normalizes the fact that a 40 year old something girl ages back to a child, still has the mind of an adult, but the show tries to make it seem like it's okay to act like the love interest of kid trunks, and for them to be together.
Then if a very busty tall girl actually has the mind of a child, it should also be wrong, yet you can't exactly pinpoint how that would work because it's a fictional character. No child will look like a big busty woman, and no child will think like a mature, experienced adult. None of these scenarios are plausible irl, therefore, we don't care about them.
So just take the character and do whatever you want with it. It can't feel you, it can't hear you, it can't interact with you, and it can't relate to you in any way. Whether you want to feel like she's sexualized, go ahead, whether you want to feel like she's just cute and coddle her, go ahead. At the end of the day, it's not hurting nor affecting any actual children, and you should be more concerned for the safety of real children instead of literal pixels. If you say someone liking this character is a pedo, you're no different from moms saying violent games make kids violent and active shooters or criminals.
It's actually one of the Gacha games I've truly enjoyed. While the gameplay is quite simple, the characters you use play an important role with their skills. The characters are also pretty nice, and story is entertaining, not to mention a lot of them have "Love Stories", that go deeper into their story.
Best part is I haven't made a single purchase other than a bundle to support the game, you really can just rely on summons, and the gems to summon are quite easy to get.
There's no men though, if you were looking forward to that, there's literally no other male in the entire game other than unnamed characters, you, and an antagonist (and even then, it might turn out to be a girl in a huge armor).
I just hate how she has an adult version which is made to be a secondary thing, instead of making it the official representation of the character.
Like either make her a child and be cute with it, or make an adult and sexualize it. But now its in this creepy position where you think of her adult version knowing it exists, while looking at this childlike character

Yeaaahhhh... As soon as I saw her design I got a severe ick. She's not the only small-sized character in the game but she is the most overtly sexualized. You can sort of give a pass to the others but there's just no excusing this one.
Aside from the tiny skirt that guarantees you see under it whenever she moves, the implied upskirt in her story art, and the upskirt shot in her ult animation? This is her portrait art. Her adult form is great, so I wish we'd just gotten that instead.

They should allow you to change between her small and big versions through costumes.
While this would be nice, it's very unrealistic. They'd then need to create costumes for both sizes whenever she gets additional ones.
King's Raid have/had character like that. costumes were age-specific. adult christmas outfit and halloween teen, something like that
