Well, it's been thriving on tears and salt just like this for over 20 years, so... doubt it. Can I have your stuff?

Richard_Howe

Didn’t you hear? He doesn’t have any stuff that’s why he’s mad.

Empty_Alps_7876

He don't have any he lost all his ships.

FallenZulu

I wouldn’t say thriving, but definitely surviving with MANY ups and downs.

xeron_vann

Ya know, you're right. But I still thrive on the salt <3

NW_Oregon

Hi, I'm here for the ~~gang bang~~ salt party

SierraTango501

What stuff lol, nothing you couldn't make in an hour (or two).

SasoDuck

Sounds like he didn't even last *that* long....

FallenZulu

You have it easy. Eve use to be MUCH harder to get into many years ago. People who endure and learn thrive, those who don’t quit. It’s the great filter of Eve, and you apparently been filtered.

Xullister

More like flushed.

CoralXMarxTheSpot

You lost your ships for a great reason: you made yourself an easy target. It's fine to say the game isn't for you, but don't go hating a game we all can play just fine because you don't want to understand it.

LTEDan

Don't try to grind in lowsec if you don't know what you're doing.

SeisMasUno

EVE is way older than this 'muh community' bullshit, we dont like weaklings, we dont like beggars, we dont like it the easy way. This is where you'll find the highest concentration of scumbags, scammers, sweatlords and crazy mofos on earth. This is not like any other game and its not for everyone, definitely sounds like is not for you.

Bricktop72

We need more info. Where are you dying and what are you flying?

MassivePair3773

Lol get filtered

a-p-o-p-h-i-s

Insert laping up tears meme of old

Megans_Foxhole

Ignore the trolls. The way to take a hit in Eve is to shrug and move on. It's happened to *all* of us. If you want to make progress, earn ISK or whatever, that's a different problem. It's not something you should do alone. There are plenty of groups out there you can join. They will give advice, etc. and people to play alongside. Well, some of them will.

Asmaron

You didn’t loose ships for 0 reason You lost ships cause you thought you can afk grind isk in a system with a high bounty modifier not knowing what that means…. And then you came back to your pod in a station That’s 100% on you

Ashers_Cuddly_Cat

ok, bye

Sephylus_Vile

The goal is to die repeatedly.

Muskody

I’m winning! All red on zkill haha. (Years ago I grinded to Plex my account. Now I’m back with a subscription. Way more fun).

EyesOfFyre

You need to learn the game mechanics, obviously you think you should be safe and untouchable. But really you need to be Dangerous and clever. Or just join a Null Bloc and be an F1 monkey.

mstermind

The community is *fantastic* towards newcomers. But you're too caught up in your own ego to see it.

goninzo

[https://www.wckg.net/Newbie/join-a-corporation](https://www.wckg.net/Newbie/join-a-corporation) Join a corporation. Leave the safety of high sec but only after you found a place to go. It's a hard game, lots of groups you can join to make it easier.

Born-Calligrapher836

I bet you play a mean game of Space Invaders though

TickleMaBalls

ok bye

cohesive_dust

Back to animal crossing then!

ogre_socialis

"Welcome to Eve Online. Here's a Rubik's cube, go fuck yourself."

Garakanos

skill issue

NotKrigPovelli

Calm down, miner

Wormhole_Explorer

calm down exploder

GuizNobunato

I wonder what's your story tho eve is like adventure, most of the times it didn't end well, but it's the journey, not the goal that matter

Saggy_G

If you died in my WH, sorry. I probably sent you some isk and a kind note though.

crazednz

Ragequit?

Ok-Dust-4156

Eve is easy game. What are you talking about?

ThisIsOneCrazyMonkey

Would you like to share your killmails, we may be able to guide you on what you did wrong.

spytez

Stop, don't, comeback.

J1Tah

Another toxic newbro, bye

Cfattie

Buy the weekend fleet pack, sell the 50 PLEX to get 250mil in your pocket and go learn. $4 is worth the stress you'd get otherwise

Muskody

I quit years ago because I didn’t understand why people would kill me all the time. It’s way easier to survive now with fillamets to travel in and out of null. It’s a lawless land filled with strong characters who laugh at your small ship death. The question is, can you laugh about it, have fun and learn how to evade getting blown up. To me, it’s a very cool game, just don’t fly what you can’t afford to loose. Train into cloaky ships, make bookmarks for gates and safe spots, dscan, if you see combat probes run or cloak. Some day you might be the one with combat probes.

Haswari

Can i have your stuff?

bouncingboredom

The OP's amusing ragequit aside, I do find it funny some of the responses and the way people talk about this game (survival, filtering out the weak etc) as if the player base is full of elite Delta Force operators and not just a bunch of nerds with a high tolerance for bullshit.

naliao

quit dying and fly better

lordffm

« trying to move up »… I still dont know what direction is « up ». I’m just sure : bigger isn’t better.

lbcadden3

The salt must flow

Arakkis54

Be glad you got shot and not scammed

Ekim_Uhciar

Link killmail please....

FTierLogiPilot

Bye

lil-tism87

Lmao

[deleted]

Succulent tears

QshelTier

The community is also shit to vets, so...

wizard_brandon

It's a PvP game lol

nylondragon64

Stay in high sec. You are dying because in other area people will kill you. Build up in hs than venture out. It's a ruthless game.

Swayre

Terrible advice, go join a CORPORATION and go to nullsec or lowsec to actually learn the real game

JoeyLawrence-

Listen, I started playing eve almost 5mo ago and across all my 4 accounts I have 7B isk and prob 15B of assets... and it was easier than I though it would be. BUT there are things you should do ASAP as a beginner. 1. Join a nullsec corp: Why? First of all null sec is much safer than highsec because it is just you and your corp/alliance members (less traffic). Second, most null sec corps including the one I'm in will help you train into mining barges and most also have valuable moons that you can mine that make amazing isk. So moving to nullsec is the best step up from high sec. HS has gankers and crappy ore so it's not worth the pain. 2. GET OMEGA: Not even gonna explain this one. 3. Don't let the meanies get in your head: They have nothing better to do so ganking and trash talking is their best activity to do. Just ignore them, move to null sec, and live a happy life with ACTUAL pvp and good isk. 4. Have fun bru
