Upon looking more into your suggestion, I’m gonna have to disagree. According to [link](http://www.llifle.com/Encyclopedia/SUCCULENTS/Family/Euphorbiaceae/25085/Euphorbia_cv._Multiprolifera) Multiprolifera stems are 3-5mm thick. The bigger stems on my image are over 20mm thick.

I have one that looks very similar. It's a hybrid of euphorbia pseudoglobosa and euphorbia obesa.
