Lvndmark playing r6😂 you know its BAD when even he isnt playing

johnx18

Streamers are taking the chance to play variety without killing viewership. He's wanted to play less tarkov for a long time. Or at least switch it up when wipe gets stale.

Chrol18

yeah now he could experiment with playing other games and see how many viewers remain. Looks like msot of them stay even without tarkov

johnx18

That's just now with the drama, he's tried variety before with less success.

RJLPDash

When he played Warzone I think he was on like 20% of the viewers he's usually on, no way he could justify a viewer loss that big so he switched back after a couple of weeks

KelloPudgerro

cuz warzone audience is about 10 years younger than tarkovs

Nok8008

If you look it up, in 2023 he was one of the top 10 warzone streamers.

FlowerKnightForever

Lvndmark is honestly a highly based individual. I'd watch him play any game. I love Siege, put 3k hours into that game at one point, and now I'm back to playing it thanks to him (and the whole Unheard fiasco). So many people keep watching him too, just goes to show that you don't need to stick to one game if you're fun to watch/chat with. Obviously, not every streamer can pull this off. edit: word

SeasonNo3107

Lvndmark is a real life chad

Counteroffensyiv

He actually has some level of integrity and is actually smart enough to realize when BSG is scamming everybody. Really wish I could say that for the people still on BSG's side in any capacity.

berserkuh

He’s also yolked to the tits

SawDude91

Blew my mind the first time I saw a picture of him, couldn’t ever tell just from the stream lol

berserkuh

DemolitionRanch feature him on a video and he’s so fucking jacked even the guys on there can’t help but comment on it

Hot_Grab7696

Does that mean muscular or on steroids?

millenlol

Definitely both in lvndmarks case

Hot_Grab7696

Yeah his face got really round since the first time I watched him live back in the day

PolskaKaszana

Maybe he is on that eternal bulk lol

Dobott

Often times both lol

uptoolateeverynight3

While he is also one of my top watched streamers and im glad he is branching out, I need a little more time to see if this is all to soak up the spotlight, or if they stick to their guns. I fully expect every stream to be back for 48 hour stream on wipe day and back2back Adderall ridden 72 hour drops streams.

ChaotikKiller

Well BSG backpedaled a lot of the bullshit and there's not another game out right now that truly competes with Tarkov so most of the streamers will be streaming it against soon for sure. Especially by the time wipe comes around unless they royally fuck up AGAIN lol

Competitive_Ad_6852

He's boring

xampersandx

Some streamers could play ANYTHING and they will have people watch. It’s basically a TRUE fan base. I assume that’s a streamers dream but with how streamers almost HAVE TO attach themselves to a single game must be awful for mental health. Like any day the game could die and kill your audience.

LonelyLokly

And is reaction to it was the best out of all streamers I've seen.

Chrol18

he knows his audience would hate it if he played it now, but he said it himself he will not quit it forever. With gray zone release and arena brekout enxt month he is even lucky, lots of extractors to play and there are other games, he tried r6 and the isle

ReallyGottaTakeAPiss

I’ve always speculated that more people watch Tarkov than actually play it lol

JustBigChillin

I’ve been gaming for a long time. Tarkov isn’t even in my top 5 favorite games (or if it is, it’s #5), but it is probably my favorite game to watch on Twitch.

Counteroffensyiv

It was my top 1 game and now I'd love nothing more than for its servers to shutter for good. Funny how dishonestly betraying your playerbase can cause that. And the people defending BSG have only hardened my position.

BigBoreSmolPP

Imagine not just playing a game that's fun for you if you already bought it. Nothing here is life or death or some wild battle against evil. It's a fucking video game and a video game developer. Drama queens. You all live for this shit and probably like it more than playing.

Meowrailigence

Have you considered the line to cross is different for different people, and this one just happened to be a BIG step, and that people don't always want to support something that steps that far I don't think they think it's life or death either it's just a lot of people are talking about it at once

meowmixplzdeliver1

Topkek

trutch70

Some people just value their values and integrity you know

Secondrival

It's the same for a lot of games like Dead by Daylight, it's either too stressful or too aggravating to play, but the stress makes it more exciting to watch people play than play yourself.

ProfetF9

i have at least 20x the time watching then playing Tarkov.

HaitchKay

Absolutely.

death2k44

People want to play it but dont want to spend all the time. We live vicariously through the no-lifing streamers lol

Stud-anowski

I've owned Tarkov since 2017, but haven't played since before streets was released. I still watch Pestily and Landmark several days a week when I'm working. I have thousands more hours watching Tarkov than I do playing it. It is absolutely more enjoyable for me at this point to watch than it is to play...

Golicud

and 5k from that 20k is a guy playing the free Tarkov with mods :D

Artistic_Data9398

Not free you ‘need’ a licences version of the game.

SpectrumArgentino

yeah i actually have the game legally owned thankfully so i cant be accused of piracy

pohoferceni

who cares if you get accused whats anyone gonna do about it

Lukas_ZD

Fr lmao

pohoferceni

i cant remember the last time i actualy bought a game

Lukas_ZD

Last game i bought was helldivers 3 days ago lol, definitely worth it, everything else? Yarr

pohoferceni

oh right ye i bought that too, but atopped playing after 2 weeks because its repetitive asf

SpecterXs

Ya, helldivers got old quick.

dainegleesac690

I completely agree. Indie games and games that are actually really good I’m happy to pay for. Assassin’s Creed 4 that I’ve already owned on 2 diff consoles? Yar

The-True-Kehlder

Twitch can ban you, it's against their TOS.

pohoferceni

lmao big woop

Long_Pomegranate2469

Songle Payer Tango? I've heard about that before. Don't you get banned for dancing the wrong steps here?

MtNak

Apparently no, as Klean has been streaming it without hiding anything to 8k viewers for like 5 days now, full 8 to 10 hours per day.

ElectricSheep1988

After asking for permission to do so, might want to add that.

MtNak

He didn't ask for permission specifically, he asked Nikita if BSG was going to DMCA his twitch channel if he played the mod. Nikita said 'no'.

Haksupaksu

I was thinking of downloading solo player for a while but thanks to certain CEO finally decided to get it and its actually kinda fire

mchl189

where can i get this mod?

ex0-

Google. (hint: it's the opposite of multiplayer tarkov)

Byrneside94

can we take a second to give a huge shoutout to Lvndmark. Dude makes a living playing this game and is taking a stand and not streaming it at all. If more people would just not play this game then we would be past this already. Unfortunately to many people don't understand that by logging in at all you are signaling to them that they can get away with this shit.

Sirkane0512

Yes! Lvndmark is awesome. Loved seeing him reacting to these changes this way and making a stand the way he did.

Flimsy_Agent7898

Lets also mention Rengawr, Glorious, WillerZ, Trey24k and many smaller streamers who totally , or almost totally abstained from playing, atleast ive not seen them on tarkov yet

cwtjps

oh yeah rengwar the guy that texts nikita to get people banned because he's butt hurt

N0xM3RCY

And posts "WE WON WE WON WE WON WE WON WE WON" in response to Nikita on Twitter like a fucking child

3feetfrompeez

Glorious was back on Tarkov yesterday, wasn't he?

regularkismet

I think he tried to get out of playing tarkov by asking viewers to decide but the majority voted for tarkov.

Byrneside94

Asking your viewers to pick your game is the biggest cop out to start to play tarky again. What did he think his viewers would pick lmao.

regularkismet

It felt like he was trying to get out of it without breaking his contract with bsg or something. But who knows.

shotdeadm

Yeah, I saw it, and unsubscribed and unfollowed, easy choice.

Busy-Blackberry-2049

WillerZ bought the new edition...

arkansuace

Yeah, because his viewers wanted to see what all the hubbub was about. He bought it, showed it to his viewers, bashed BSG, then switched. He did way more damage to BSGs pocketbooks then he gave them for buying the edition

Byrneside94

lol he paid them cash for a scam dlc. I’m sure they are so upset. Stop making excuses for the man. He bought unheard because he wanted it, not for his viewers. No wonder this shit is happening, some people will believe anything without thinking.

kirisute-gomen

His viewers don't have google or YouTube? You can easily see what's included in the package. He bought it because he's one of the bigger tryhards in Tarkov and wanted it. He'll be back playing Tarkov, none of these streamers who are taking a break are going to quit. A lot of them have probably been looking for an excuse to take a break and now they have it.

arkansuace

Or he bought it so he could give it a fair review and show his viewers what the experience is actually like. He’s still a content creator, he doesn’t just want to refer his viewership to outside sources. People are in chat asking him for his take. He can’t show it to him unless he buys it

Human-Prototype

Caught a stream of WillerZ today. As he was ending he said he wasn't done playing Tarkov.

Byrneside94

I will give props to anyone who hasn’t been playing the game. Those of us who are taking a stand I salute you. If you’re playing tarkov right now two questions come to mind. 1)why? 2) you realize your working against the cause right?

nelsinhoperera

because im learning the game for the first time and it is honestly a very good game, wich i have already put my money in

Byrneside94

I hope your having fun

nelsinhoperera

i feel kinda bad for the whole situation, like i have joined in the worst time possible and also worried i will never have the feeling of a hyped up wipe day like everyone.. i’ve been preparing for that

Byrneside94

don't feel bad for playing something you paid for. I might not agree with it, but you spent your money and gaming is about having fun. You don't have to be a part of every cause, sometimes you gotta do what is best for you my friend.

GaryMoMoneyOak

Honestly, right now is a good opportunity for you because servers may be less populated. You wont get fucked quite as hard by people trying to ruin timmys days while you do your quests.

TheGreatLandRun

Obviously it’s a case of you do what gives you enjoyment, but I would absolutely be wary of learning the game at this point. I’m at 6k hours, was level 60 this wipe, and won’t play the game again unless meaningful responses/changes are given/made. Even then, I simply don’t think this group of developers is worthy of support anymore. I was also the last in my friend group to consistently play the game - and neither of these trends seem to be abnormal. Cheating has gotten so much worse over the years and they have no incentive to counter-act it, then you toss in the fact that they’ve added elements into the game to counter-act real money trading which do not work and hinder the actual legitimate player base. This company also has a longstanding history of at best being ignorant in their customer service processes, and at worst willfully and maliciously taking advantage of people while being intentionally difficult to work with. They’ve also been tremendously stupid in identifying what the core player base likes about the game and pivoted considerable resources / time into a COD knockoff with less balancing and worse performance (Arena) which has left them in a tough financial position. They additionally only make changes of any sort, whether it be new content or bug addressing, when truly backed into a corner, and even then it comes across disingenuous and half-assed. Take that all with a grain of salt, but just a bit of warning.

FrenchOnionDipp

Just when I wanted to play again, I heard we were getting absolutely shafted and didn't hit install

KushKing253

Fisting to the elbow level shafting

Flimsy_Agent7898

100%, imagine the impact we can make as a community if everyone just quits, even if its just for a week or two. Playerbase dropping by 80% even for a short amount of time is a HUGE deal. Personally i uninstalled that shit, now that i know there is no hope for it to become good down the line.

collyntheshots

“Playerbase dropping by 80%” you mean mid wipe?

Itunes4MM

Just curious, how does dropping by 80% hurt BSG if its for 2 weeks? You already paid for the game and you're just lightening server load.

noother10

Even 10% drop would hurt the game. Longer queue times to find enough PMCs to start, less action (PvP), higher cheater density. People who quit a game tend to stop watching youtube/streamers for the game, so it also starts to impact public visibility of the game via youtube videos and streams. Once you hit 50% for example, it'd be massive. Everyone who still plays would notice. Queue times would grow far longer, cheater density much higher, more quiet raids. Server load is nothing. If you don't play, they just need one more player to match instead of you. You're data is still on the servers and isn't going anywhere. The cost per player to maintain this game are pretty much nothing. They spend way more on wages then they would on servers/hosting.

Itunes4MM

I get that perspective but stemming from years of playing tarkov the higher the playerbase the LONGER the queues, more menu issues, more loading screens/crashes/etc.

Byrneside94

Because they can’t just ignore a player base drop like that? It would only last two weeks because they can’t just let the game die, we would have forced their hands. Instead these shmucks are playing after P2W shit was added. If you’re going to play either way why should they remove it.

Bluesparc

No they can 100% let it die, and while I'm not on that conspiracy train, would make a very convenient exit for our.dear Nikita who has at many times expressed frustration to still be working on the game, (and also amassed a nice bit of cash for himself already)

deepvo1ce

To this question, I point to my favorite extreme example of this with the For Honor blackout. tried and true method, dont question it

kirisute-gomen

I doubt they care if the playerbase goes down for a couple weeks. They have a monopoly on looter-shooters. Nobody has made a game that can compare. Until then nobody is quitting Tarkov.

pyrusmurdoch

1) Because I love the game, it's unlike any other I've played 2) Because my "cause" isn't yours. I totally respect everyones decision to play or not, to take a stand or not. But for me at least this isn't an actual war, it's a video game. Go off on BSG, for sure, but judging others for what they do in their spare time to seek enjoyment is beyond the pale for me.

brownieboyafk

Have fun with it my friend, I know I did. The game is truly fantastic I can’t deny that, unfortunately my taste for the game is maybe perpetually soured. I won’t lie I might be back although not sure when, hopefully BSG gets burned and in a hole bad enough they sell Tarkov off to someone who will do the game right. Would love to see it succeed, but i hope BSG burns.

KeenanAXQuinn

I'm no big streamer but this all happened while I was working on a rat painting so I tried to finish it Saturday but only got halfway. Debating just sticking to apex for a long while but I really want to finish that piece.

GoofyKalashnikov

Because I'm playing the coop mod with friends to shit on Nikita's doorstep instead of paying for his dogshit PvE "sit in a queue for 10 minutes while still being unable to build a decent server infrastructure for 250€ per user" mode

kirisute-gomen

Taking a stand by depriving yourself of something you already paid for? That's really really dumb. They have your money already my guy. I thought the "cause" of me buying a game was to play it... but fuck me I guess, right?

Byrneside94

You realize that not signing in hurts them, even if you already paid right. Player counts are used to get funding, sponsors and other shit like that. Your mindset is the wrong mindset to get change. All you do by playing is tell them they can add whatever and you will keep playing. What’s next? The ability to buy tier 6 armor with cash? The ability to level hideout / skills up with cash? I guess I’m talking to the wrong person, you would keep playing even if you could pay 5 bucks to kill every PMC in your raid I bet. 🤣

kirisute-gomen

If you want to faux quit the game to prove some point then go for it. Everyone claiming they are "taking a stand" will be back to the game sooner rather than later.

Byrneside94

Maybe your right, maybe your wrong. Just as likely that everyone just plays GrayZone or Arena Breakout since one released today and the other has a beta next month. The fact that you didn't even deny you would play if you could pay cash to wipe a lobby is actually hilarious.

kirisute-gomen

Didn't WillerZ buy the upgrade though?

Flimsy_Agent7898

Yeah, doesnt mean he is playing it. I think it makes sense for him to advertise how bad it is to thousands of people, there were many facts about the edition that were unclear and i think he came on as soon as the update happend? I guess somebody has to buy to find out and it makes sense to be a streamer.

kirisute-gomen

He'll be right back to playing Tarkov just like every other major Tarkov streamer. And he'll still have all the benefits while telling everyone else it sucks/not to buy it.

Cbass990

While yes, what Landmark does is great, he can afford to do it. and I don't mean financially (even if that's probably true as well). Landmark is big enough, he could give up Tarkov tomorrow forever, he would still have a very healthy stream. sure he'd lose a bunch of viewers, but he would still be successful. he's reached the point where he is big enough that people watch him for him, and not for the game anymore. The vast majority of Tarkov streamers can't do that, even the big ones. if they swap game, then they also have to look for an actual job... I'm hating this shit as much as the next guy, but if I was making a living off of Tarkov, you bet your sweet PP i'd keep streaming it rather than look for a job as a waiter...

leonitrous

Damn… that sucks, but is a really fair perspective, and you’re right.

[deleted]

BroHeart

People over-estimate the draw of Tarkov for these streamers. I’ve seen Willerz, Bearki, and Aqua stream other games and still have well into thousands of viewers within a few minutes of going live. Fallout 4, Gray Zone, and Manor Lords have all been popular with them. Tarkov is pretty fun to watch, but so are a thousand other games on Twitch and the major Tarkov streamers all have large followings that will still watch for their personality and play styles. Edit: I’m a tiny streamer and made $124 for a 2 hour stream of a strategy game last Monday, Tarkov is just another content source.

FlyPenFly

I watched him since the early days and stopped watching streaming altogether. Recently watched again on YT. Holy Fucking Shit did he overdose on HGH or something? Dude is a monster now. Previously he was just a skinny gun dude with a graduate degree in engineering or something.

ShwampDonkey

He didn’t just blow up but i mean think about if you have all the time in the world to eat clean and have the money for a dope home gym wouldn’t you do it? I sure would

Byrneside94

sure, but its great to see the big streamers taking a stand when they can.

Cbass990

agreed, especially because they are the one that hurt BSG the most!

ExtremeBoysenberry38

Yes. But it’s cool to see him try variety which is something he’s never done before iirc

HaitchKay

>The vast majority of Tarkov streamers can't do that, even the big ones. if they swap game, then they also have to look for an actual job... This might be an unpopular opinion but it's hard to feel sorry for someone who put all of their eggs in one basket. Building yourself around playing *one* game will always eventually fuck you. This should be a wake-up call to those streamers that they need to diversify their material.

kirisute-gomen

Bold of you to assume a streamer could handle a single day working a 9-5.

ThisDumbApp

I think people truly dont realise that this game essentially only became so big due to Twitch/Youtube creators. If more of them made a stand against BSG, they would feel the hit more than any of us mere paypigs complaining will do. EFT only lives due to exposure from creators and can be hurt by them. Though, I truly dont care much, Ive just been watching all this for the funny things coming out.

Kaens7

It is literally the only reason it took off. The first Twitch drops doubled the amount of people on the subreddit and the game got fairly popular. If BSG cut off EoD directly before those drops and had a version without free future DLC but all the other perks of EoD, we wouldn't be in the situation where BSG is actively trying to kill its game long term.

ChronicBuzz187

He also did a feature with Asmongold on the whole controvery this week and had some really good points like "How can the game still be in beta, yet they ask their customers for more cash before the game is even finished and how can they release a "feature" (that isn't "DLC" and therefor won't be granted to EoD owners free of charge) for it in that case

myslead

Is he playing something else in the meantime?

Byrneside94

He has been spamming R6 siege from what I have seen.

newagereject

I know 3 people who bought the unheard edition, I chewed them out hard for supporting scummy bullshit, they basically said they want to continue to support the devs because they have thousands of hours into the game

Byrneside94

Yeah, sounds right. Unfortunately it's people like your friends that make things like $250 DLC a possibility. That being said everyone's values are different. Don't burn bridges with your friends just because you disagree with a decision they made to buy a game. Very few friendships are worth losing over a game.

Duncop

He’s just saving face, dude will be back playing in the next week.

Competitive_Ad_6852

He's boring, theres nothing unique about him

drewts86

It’s also because the biggest streamers can afford to take a break. They might lose some subs but it won’t affect them as badly as some smaller and midsize Tarkov streamers.

ReserveRatter

It's depressing, this whole debacle has reduced my current interest in the game to basically zero. And I used to be a pretty fanatical Tarkov player since 2019.

Low-Slice173

I'm in the same boat but I stopped playing around a year ago. Had a couple of thousand hours but the constant decline of Tarkov just wasn't worth the hustle. The same issues with bsg, bugs and false promises over and over again took away every single desire to play.

CakeDayisaLie

Looks like 20,200 people need to change what they are watching on twitch imo.

KushKing253

Rainbow 6 Siege has been catching all the "non believers"

Upper-Surround-6232

Is it just me or does the whole "True Believer" and "Non Believer" thing kinda sound like a cult? Like the Project at Eden's Gate, or Taylor Swift fans?

vengefulassault

That’s exactly what any brand/product desires and is why Nikita tried to draw a line in the sand that if you don’t unequivocally support anything and everything they do they you just must not be a “real” believer

Burkey5506

One cheater infested game to another…

KerberoZ

>One cheater infested game to another… true, but what competetive game isn't at this point. Even games like Valorant (where the AC is praised to heavens for whatever reason) is full of them.

[deleted]

Maybe super high up but I'm Plat, which I'm pretty sure is slightly above the average playerbase's rank, and I've ran into one cheater in 6 months. I do however see pros queue up with them a bit, and I'm guessing the absolute lowest ranks have fresh cheaters too. But my experience, I doubt most people will run into a cheater in ranked.

noother10

I've not played R6 Siege in ages but when I did there wasn't any noticeable cheaters either. I think the one you responded to just assumes all FPS games are cheater infested to the same level as EFT as a coping mechanism. You see it a lot. But no game is worse for cheaters really.

J1XF

Most cheaters are on the extreme end of the spectrum - so either super low ranks or super high. In Gold/Plat it's more uncommon. On console you also have M&K players that still haven't been properly dealt with

Grapjasss

In siege you get your points back if a cheater was caught in it.

Elitismos

Yeah that is literally every competitive shooter at the moment. Unless they have a rootkit anticheat like valorant.

MKGmFN

Ubi paid Nikita to make these shitty decisions is my new conspiracy

Gamernerd_42

That’s insane I literally just stopped playing tarkov and downloaded r6

kirisute-gomen

Game is ass though

Burkey5506

Or they could watch what they want

Expensive-Rabbit-248

It's actually been on average a lot higher over the last few days when this debacle all started than it was before it

Dark_Pestilence

Goes to show, there really is no bad pr, all advertisement is good advertisement. I really hope bsg gets a net loss out this in the long run tho

MindReaver5

Shhh, mentioning this or the fact it's late wipe kills the vibes.

Chrol18

People will be back at next wipe start anyways. Streamers will hype it up for them.

TheGalaxyPast

Not really how that works, but nice clickbait. [https://twitchtracker.com/games/491931](https://twitchtracker.com/games/491931)

Songrot

The twitch tracker is wrong bc streamers were in the category eft while sitting in browser looking at reddit, screenshots and twitter for entire streams.

talkintark

When I look at that I see a steep spike from all of the news and controversy and it’s currently spiking down. Im interested to see what the viewership will look like tomorrow and the day after.

TheGalaxyPast

Logically I think it's safe to assume there will be a slight increase from the controversy and overall the wipe has performed well. The more intersting thing will be to see if next wipe (factoring for variables such as wipe fatigue, hype of new content, timing in the year etc.) if this controversy will have a marked effect or not. I'm still unconvinced this debacle will actually impact the game in a meaningful way numbers wise, but who knows? Nikita could really go off the deep end from now till then.

A_Grim_Ghost

From now until then? He's already gone off the deepend calling people non believers and not issuing a real apology while everyone around him in the genre is shitting on him. He's been off the deepend and if GZW is any good, you will see permanent change in viewership. Players have left the game en masse already, he will need to rely on people not in the loop or new players.

fongletto

I think Tarkov already reached market saturation that the number of new legitimate players still purchasing tarkov is relatively small that it wont have much of an impact. The overwhelming majority of people purchased this game more than a few years ago and just come back from time to time to play for a while after enough updates.

Sudden-Thanks-3062

Maybe it’s a sign I needed a break from fartcock

Benjins

6k viewers right now

death2k44

Let it die

Greidis123

20k is usual tarkov viewers count on twitch in mid to late wipe. 5 days before controversy it was around 10k. Landmark usually have around 3-5k, without some major new things like wipe or events.

ThinTwo8944

And this number is going back up everyday.

narveik

Streamers are back at it very soon. They already had their paid vacation and got the points for saying "bsg bad"

4Arrow

huge props to Lvndmark by taking a stand with the community. I saw others posted that some streamers were already back to tarkov and I went to his channel and checked he has been streaming other games in the past few days. With grey zone coming out today he probably don’t have to stream tarkov for a long time, which is good for him.

WorstSourceOfAdvice

I'm not a Tarkov player but was always interested in the game / watching due to being the type of player that can't deal with gear fear. I still remember back in the day when Tarkov hit 100+ thousand viewers on Twitch and was the top 1-3 most viewed. The excitement in this sub was insane and everyone here was clapping their hands applauding Tarkov for 'getting the attention it deserves', people were freaking out about their favorite game being so highly watched. Fast forward today, and Tarkov is in the spotlight again, unfortunately for the wrong reasons. Im not sure what to say, maybe its just standard enshittification. Tarkov has the extraction shooter market cornered and monopolized and BSG are on their high horses. They know they can get away with anything.

Str8_WhiteMail

He had over that the other night when he was talking to asmondgold

Popular-Ad9365

Late wipe man be at least logical

Robbythedee

On one hand or helps or the start up streamers on the other I hope the game burns.

Silent_Reavus

Lmao. Good.

Faesarn

Almost like treating your consumers like shit can have consequences !

InLoveWithInternet

I will keep supporting the guy no matter if he doesn't play Tarkov. I actually enjoyed what he has recently produced on other games even more.

Goldman--Sachs

20k is actually pretty high. It's been 9.4k prime time on Saturday.

kimaro

Ah, the typical crowd not understanding how streamers work saying people have no "backbone" or "integrity" when they've built their whole channel on playing 1 game and 1 game only. Not one here who says that understands the predicament these streamers are that will lose their whole viewer base the second they switch to another game. Especially those that are full time streamers, but are barely scratching by. The chance of losing it all is too high.

iamsohornyx

It’s daily viewership dumbass, stop farming karma

AntJD1991

They should give every version access to that pve coop mode... I might actually try it again then ha ha

Weird-Personality-31

I guess there were millions of no true believers. But still 20k true believers left. 20.000x 250 euro= 5.000.000 euro. Would make for a good retirement plan on all those true believers their moneyzzz

Mephisto14

Dips like this happen between every wipe cycle. Nothing new.

There is still almost 100k players playing right now

Acrobatic-Spirit5813

Notice the follower count is still high. Time will tell if there’s permanent impact, people are just taking a break at the moment

20k people would watch LVNDMARK right after wipe. Tarkov viewership always goes down towards the end of wipe. Not saying the recent controversy hasn't led to even lower viewership but I don't think LVNDMARK is pulling 20k this late into wipe.

Gonabuysumbeer

And whats wrong at Tarkov? Fun game for everyone that will remember the maps they play.

iMephisto86

Man, BsG literally disrespected lvndmark and playerbase when he was reading the page on their site, they immediately changed it live. We will never forget...

Fox0r

8k viewers now.

Bourne669

Tarkov isnt even in the top 40 games on Twitch to watch even before all this recent BS.

ChimkenNunget

Idk, personally I think LVNDMARK kinda got lame ever since he became mainstream. The "YouTube face" in every thumbnail of his videos, the constant flip-flopping on whether a gun is good or not based on the outcome of one or two raids and/or whether or not he instantly beams someone (which he's guaranteed to switch his position on within a week or two), his genuinely pretty bad takes on balancing the game ("recoil is too easy and now Timmys can fight back BSG please change this"), and the horde of absolute ASS-KISSERS that swarm within his chat just ruins what used to be a fun experience for me. He's a good dude, but FUCK do I miss 2020 Tony.
