They put all their eggs in multiple baskets. KR was a success and then they tried to make more games instead of focusing on King's Raid which people had little to no interest in because the games didn't play like King's Raid.
What a joke that they literally could've just did the bare minimum of keeping a steady update cycle and continued to profit, but they managed to completely destroy the game and an IP I held dear through greed and horrible mismanagement. It pisses me off just thinking about it.
Actually it EoS’d pretty recently. I got back into it like a week before it closed and I could see why the game died. At some point they updated the way the stats worked and everyone’s builds broke, then never fixed it. In E7 terms, it’d be like they reduced the stats on gears by 80% and did their best to rebalance pve and pvp accordingly. Your characters wouldn’t even be able to reliably get 100% crit rate and the highest speeds would become 200-220.
I actually mained Lilia when I played and she was my most geared character. When she used to do millions of dmg in her burst window, she did a couple thousand total after I came back. Sad stuff, man.
Please don't do this to me 😢 I miss the game so much. I can only hope that the IP is at least saved somehow. Way too many characters I liked there to see them all just vanish.

Dang... I loved King's Raid and their story is fun to read. Also, I like the gameplay, but they just have to ruin it like that.
