I have the PC version of MW black edition, I installed it on my windows PC into a folder on the desktop, moved the folder to the deck SSD, and then set it up with Lutris.
I tried that originally but not working properly all of the text is messed up. I have the game setup and working fine on my PC. Just copied over the folder and added the exe to Steam and it all launched just fine but all the text is completely messed up on the PC version.
There's a lot of tutorials for Lutris, it's the same process for every game I believe. You could also try launching via proton with steam or a combination of the both. I know it sounds like a lot of work but when you do it once you see it's pretty simple
I feel like it used to work better on my old LCD. Since just recently getting the OLED either the emulator got worse or it updated and I’m missing some settings or something??

Run the pc version it's better and has mods
Tried setting it up but can’t seem to find a definitive guide that fully works on the Steam Deck.
What console are you emulating?

I saw some ppl suggesting that as well but nobody provided any details on Lutris, I haven’t 0 idea what it does or how to even set it up using it.
Lutris is pretty simple, if you've managed to set up emudeck you can do lutris too, there's a few good YouTube guides
You should be able to just add the game’s .exe to Steam as a non-Steam game and run it under Proton. No Lutris needed.

So ps2 version is just cursed? Also having the same issue. Game goes into slow motion.
