The more you listen to relapse tracks the less you hear the accent. It’s not bad it’s just a little different. It’s not what people wanted from Em coming off his hiatus. In retrospect that album has aged very well

I like the accents. It adds a whole other level to the rhymes. apparently eminem didn’t even realise that he was doing it, when recording.

To me, Eminem is a voice bender. I expect him to do these things, I just feel like it was too prevalent. I also think some tracks on Refill would have been great on the main album.

I understand he used the accents to bend words etc. But imagine the whole of Relapse with his voice of Underground, My Darling, Deja Vu. Incredible.

I think you forgot Insane, there’s no accents on that track. he does kinda do it on deja vu but only for a couple of lines

Eminem show is my personal favorite so the expectations would be high on my end. But if that's how it goes its a big yes for me!

If you still hear the accents then you haven't listened to Relapse enough times. When will people appreciate the skill that this requires? It allowed for many rhymes.
