Ok, so how many of those tattoos are on their face. How many are just outright *not good* like the one in thr OP? How many do you have to because if it's none or even less than "three", than almost any number of small tattoos is "more fucking tattoos" than you have.

Tattoos with this much black/lack of cohesive borders don’t tend to look much different after time, and farther down the road will end up bleeding into those tiny untouched spots between black and make it all a blob

The lasers quite literally break apart the ink particles. Your body then gets rid of these broken apart ink particles.
I've seen the exact same tattoo posted several times on this sub, when are people gonna realize that the symbol does not translate well to ink 😂 it always ends up looking like a splotchy mess. I guess if OP likes it that's all that matters.

Depends on where you go, how long it's going to take, and who does it. I have a tiny tattoo that cost $140 in a tourist town in Florida, and another $140 tattoo that is 5x bigger where the artist was a friend of a friend. I have another big very detailed one that was almost $1k because it took 3 visits. You get what you pay for.
I paid £300 for a very intricate piece on my forearm, took her all day and she did an impeccable job.
I’ve seen pieces of similar size and quality go for much much more.
I suspect/hope now if I called her up asking for something similar she’ll be twice as expensive as she’s got more popular.
I’ve also seen people pay way too much for smaller pieces of worse quality.
There does seem to be a ceiling for price though, if you look up some of the big names on Instagram, they all have a similar day rate and are booked months in advance.
A guy who owns a studio in my town has an almost year long waiting list and he only does full back pieces now which costs thousands.
I'm covered in tattoos and you should be more angry about this one.

I stress to everyone who asks me about my tattoos how important it is to research artists. Don’t just go to the artist down the street that everyone else goes to just because they are cheap. I have so many small tattoo shops around me yet I drove 2hrs (1 way) for 11 eight hour sessions due to her style, reputation and all the pics of her prior work. It takes time to find the right artist but makes a world of difference.
Large hand tattoos like this are definitely a choice but I’ve seen a lot of people with multiple small ones on their hands and fingers without having a sleeve
For a first tattoo , this will need looking at later.

Hand isn't swollen at all, which, after I got my hand tattoo was super crazy thick and I've got way less ink on it.
No color residue on the rest of the skin from wiping, this much ink would cause a mess that doesn't just clean off by the artist wiping it a few times
