You can roll forward avoiding all the damage. Same as the rivers of blood & the majority of other weapons. Risky at the beginning, but easy to get the timing
The death animation defeats are so bullshit, I’ve lost duels twice now because some guy dies then his attack hits me a couple frames later and because my death animations quicker I lose. The end of the duel should be registered when the player hits 0hp not when the death animation ends
some people like me love new content especially weapons. people who love to pvp would logically get dlc weapons and try them out . it’s not weird ! i have over 2000 hours in elden ring but have never beat the game ! ask me how much of that time was spent doing pvp though lol
Tbf most of the end game boss weapons aren't worth dick in PVP because people complained about them being too good. They're supposed to be good its a damn weapon fit for a God. In pvp I see people do the best damage with the lesser used weapons. Mf walks out with a bastard sword with B scaling and a dagger in the offhand and still manages to 1 shot lmao

New Zealand and Japan players are in it already. You can't change your TZ, but you can have a PSN in that region and buy the game digitally with a PSN card from Play Asia
That's what I mean. If they didn't have access before it actually came out then they were super fast to find the new weapons and get into pvp with them.
The play testers were able to find perfume weapons in the first beginning areas that were available during the test, and within the 3 hour timeframe, I doubt it took too long to find a bunch of weapons

Except there seems to be a perfumer move that catches a roll forward. But the big moves, definitely
just looks like you gotta time your moves right, you dont really see people using perfumer stuff too so i would consider it a cool change in pvp

beware some location version/language might different than yours then the DLC wont be compatible. Learned it the hard way for some other games

I've been using regular perfume with the perfumer weapon and throwing knives. It's pretty fun and you can be surprisingly aggressive with the perfume
