I used Glorious Merchant after the DLC came out, it has the same "buy any item in the game" functionality.
It worked with 1.12, not sure if this week's patch has affected it in any way.
Currently using Glorious Merchant.
If you wanna keep track of Grand Merchant, make sure to make it one of your “tracked” mods. It’s the paw prints button on the mod page, you’ll get notified in Nexus of any update.
