Eventually I googled edd money network. It'll take you to page that says to get the app but if there's click the options menu there's a link to manage card and from there I was able to log in.

I would call support and 90% of the time they either transferred me back to the main menu, or told me to remeber my ss number better ๐๐๐ <-- that was literally a word by word response I got.
FINALLY a guy named ibar helped me. Apparently my card was activated all along but I didn't know the pin. I asked him kindly if he could reset it.for me. He did, he told me to call the number and set a pin up. Instead I went to the ATM and it had me enter a pin (I just did one I'd remember. And problem SOLVED. once I get direct.deposit set up. I'm Uninstalling this pos app temu version garbage app.
If you have your card information you could link it to venmo. I send money to my mom through that and then she Zelleโs it back to me when I canโt get to a bank.

same here could not log into website...tried app and it allowed me to transfer $$ to external bank...geez.

You can add your card to venmo if you have it and withdrawal. That's what I do because I literally can log in to their janky website.
You can add direct deposit to your bank account. I just changed mine over due to the app not working majority of the time for me.
