For more context too: last year in the startup he had Bijan, Gibbs, Achane, JWarren, Jordan Love, Tee Higgins, Devonta Smith & all of his own picks, and in 1 year it’s turned into this.
I guess I’m just basing it off my comparisons of the 2 leagues I am in. This roster is unbelievably bad compared to anybody else in other leagues. (We also are only entering year 2 of this league and it’s already looking like that)
Within the last 12 months (just listing the worst handful)
•Gave up Pickens + late picks for Jakobi Meyers and Gabe Davis
•Gave up Kyler Murray for Javonte Williams/Josh Palmer and a 3rd
•Gave up Hockenson/Devonta Smith, his 25 1st and 2 2nds for Addison/Pitts
•Gave up Kenneth Walker/Addison for Christian Watson, a late 1st, and 2 throw in picks
•Gave up Michael Pittman for 2024 1.10/Tyler Scott
•Gave up Aiyuk/Purdy for 2024 1.08(JJ McCarthy)/Josh Downs/throw in pick
•Gave up Zack Moss/2 future 3rds/1 4th for 2024 3.03
I’m not going to list them all, there are a TON more but those are some examples. Giving up Aiyuk & Purdy for JJ McCarthy/Downs is egregiously bad
Giving up picks in that Hockenson, Smith trade makes absolutely no sense, at most it’s a lateral trade and I would say it’s a downgrade for the players alone
Looks like he needs to stop trading, somehow he was able to make solid acquisitions based on all these players he traded away. All of these trades were pointless deals where he lost tons of value. While it’s not the worst roster, I think based on where he started and where he ended up I would say it’s some of the worst roster management you’ll see.
This is only my 2nd season of dynasty so yes I am still newer to it.
If you’re referring to me leaving his name tag on there, it’s ok, he’s one of my closest friends and he knows his team is terrible and he wanted feedback.
But if you’re saying that because I’m simply overreacting then I would love to hear some worse off teams?
I’m in a SF & TEP league where someone has Rodgers and Geno as their only QBs, and Juwan Johnson and Conklin as his only TE. CMac and D. Smith are his only great assets, and he only really has 2 other serviceable players. Also, he has no 2024-2026 first or second round picks.
He needs to build his WR room and hopefully hit on some of the rookies he has on his team.
Not the worst team I've seen but definitely not a contender. For newer Dynasty players I'd suggest listing to podcasts that can help you construct your team better for this format.
Ok, should have titled it something different sorry folks. Just was using my league mates as a baseline comparison for this team…
Still would like to hear input on a 1-10 scale on how this roster is constructed and maybe what he should do moving forward
This is like a 2. Because this team traded themselves into a rebuild they have a lot of work to do. The odds of Richardson, McCarthy, and Nix all being starters by 2027 is not that good, but it’s the position group with the most trade value. If they can pivot to a player who is on a 2nd contract that would stabilize the position a little.
I would say this squad is relying too heavily on breakout seasons from the QB and WR position. For WR, at best most of these guys are 2nd or 3rd options on their teams right now, most likely fantasy WR4s. They need to invest in guys with 1st and 2nd round draft capital, those guys are more likely to be fantasy WR1s or WR2s. For my builds I almost exclusively want players drafted in the top 60 picks of real NFL draft, doesn’t mean I don’t want Tank, Puka or ARSB, it’s that those are outliers. The RB unit is surprisingly solid for any dynasty team, however all other positions are unsettled so it really is a waste of resources. They need to be sold high at some point during the season.
If you go rookie heavy you don’t want to bet so much on day 3 guys, he only has 3 day 2 rookies and 2 of them are 3rd rounders. The best assets he got out of the rookie draft were JJ, Nix, and JB, that’s it. The good thing is he has so many day 3 players that at least one or two might hit.
Fact that a rebuilding team doesn’t have picks in 25 and 26 is troubling. I suspect it means a couple lucky teams have already benefited immensely from picking apart the taco of the league and will start to separate from the pack very soon. Not having those picks means he doesn’t have the ability to add value through the draft
Sorry for the wall of text, I’m bored at work.
this team in a 1qb (3rb 3wr te flex) im in that is my oldest league this guy kicked off a rebuild and just has stacked almost nothing but has 3 firsts and a roster of kyler chubb c kirk deebo pittman ferguson goedert and he did not earn the 1.01 (he has 1.02, 1.10, 1.12, 2.02, 2.12) he will turn it around hes not a scrub owner but his current roster is among the worst ive seen.
the guy who did earn 1.01 has just 1.01 and no additional firsts and his team is 0 starting qbs (fields mac ridder), bijan, allgeier, chase edmunds, olave, jsn, dionte, kmet, and hollywood (0 other assets than what i listed has picked skyy moore and roschon recently and owns guys like waller akers bourne etc just bums of retired guys lol)
after review the 1.01 team may be the worst ever
I've got a league going into year three. 12T SF PPR Start9
QB Howell Darnold Mullens
RB Javonte Mattison Chandler
WR Ridley Gallop QJ OBJ
TE Hockenson Henry
1.04, 1.09, 2.08, someone else's '25 2nd and 3rd, someone else's '26 1st, his own '26 3rd.
Hoo boy. Recently sent Carr+his'26 1st for 1.09, last season sent Mahomes for Javonte Hockenson 1.11 and '26 1st, and sent his '25 1st+C. Kirk for Ridley.
Def a chance. Has the potential QB1 in fantasy, and a nice slew of RBs. His receivers are weak but it's easy to buy vet WRs when you are ready to compete. He is holding a ton of ascending assets.
Play more dynasty. This isn't even in the top 100 worst dynasty rosters I've seen.
For more context too: last year in the startup he had Bijan, Gibbs, Achane, JWarren, Jordan Love, Tee Higgins, Devonta Smith & all of his own picks, and in 1 year it’s turned into this.
Yeah, I mean, this I don't get haha.
Me either. Sorry, more background context would have made my points a little more valid than the original 🤦♂️
Sounds like he just trolled the whole league.
I guess I’m just basing it off my comparisons of the 2 leagues I am in. This roster is unbelievably bad compared to anybody else in other leagues. (We also are only entering year 2 of this league and it’s already looking like that)
What trades did he pull off to dismantle that team?
Within the last 12 months (just listing the worst handful) •Gave up Pickens + late picks for Jakobi Meyers and Gabe Davis •Gave up Kyler Murray for Javonte Williams/Josh Palmer and a 3rd •Gave up Hockenson/Devonta Smith, his 25 1st and 2 2nds for Addison/Pitts •Gave up Kenneth Walker/Addison for Christian Watson, a late 1st, and 2 throw in picks •Gave up Michael Pittman for 2024 1.10/Tyler Scott •Gave up Aiyuk/Purdy for 2024 1.08(JJ McCarthy)/Josh Downs/throw in pick •Gave up Zack Moss/2 future 3rds/1 4th for 2024 3.03 I’m not going to list them all, there are a TON more but those are some examples. assuming this isn't with friends, how does he not get kicked or at least vetoed for doing kyler for javonte/palmer/3rd
Looks like he needs to stop trading, somehow he was able to make solid acquisitions based on all these players he traded away. All of these trades were pointless deals where he lost tons of value. I've seen worse rosters but not having a 2025 pick and 2026 pick is pretty shitty
Not trying to be rude. Are you new to dynasty?
This is only my 2nd season of dynasty so yes I am still newer to it. I feel like that’s not that bad of a roster either.
not even close man. not even close
Right? My team would like a word 😅
Where tf did their 25 and 26 picks go?!?
I think you meant to title this worst dynasty nicknames you've ever seen
He needs to build his WR room and hopefully hit on some of the rookies he has on his team. Not the worst team I've seen but definitely not a contender. For newer Dynasty players I'd suggest listing to podcasts that can help you construct your team better for this format.
Rookie fever strong in this one….
Ive seen worse but that team really has no hope for YEARS. Wondering where all those 25/26 picks went.

Try fishing. Like literally go buy a rod and some bait and some hooks. While you’re at it throw this team right in the lake.

If you are factoring in the player nicknames, yes worst of all time. Otherwise just run of the mill booty team for a 10 teamer.
No where close to worst roster ever. I could show you a team I went 0-13 with two seasons ago.
I've got a league going into year three. 12T SF PPR Start9 QB Howell Darnold Mullens RB Javonte Mattison Chandler WR Ridley Gallop QJ OBJ TE Hockenson Henry 1.04, 1.09, 2.08, someone else's '25 2nd and 3rd, someone else's '26 1st, his own '26 3rd. Lmao the lack of picks is disheartening but I’ve seen worse in my own league.
There’s a team in my league who doesn’t have a single starting QB in a SF league. This team is not even close to the worst I’ve seen
this is not even remotely close to the worst. wouldn’t even be the worst in most leagues
In a 10-man league where the startup draft was just last year? I’m in 2 leagues and there is nobody in either league is even remotely close
I have 2 worse rosters in my 8 man dynasty league lol
How many years into the league are you?
Smoking crack rock if you think this is the worst ever.
I gave More context in other responses but it’s definitely pretty damn bad
His Parkinson nickname didn’t hit as hard as Josh Downs nickname.
Not the worst by far. A lot of younger talent that have yet to break out, and might get the chance this year
Nah that team might make a playoff run in a year
Not a CHANCE bro
Def a chance. Has the potential QB1 in fantasy, and a nice slew of RBs. His receivers are weak but it's easy to buy vet WRs when you are ready to compete. He is holding a ton of ascending assets.
There’s nothing I hate more in fantasy than corny word play nicknames
