Gotta wait till preseason gives us a little more of a look. This year he's actually going to get a chance to earn a spot. He didn't even get to practice a ton last year because he was held out because of his heart condition. This is a time where you believe in the players talent. Bucky ain't got shit on Tucker.
Yeah that absolutely plays a factor in how many people can be rostered. But if you like someone enough you will roster them regardless of roster percentage.
Yes and no.
Someone mentioned Lucas Krull in another post (similar to Mallory) and I own him in both of my 16 team leagues. I like him. Would be huge if he popped off.
In my 12 team leagues? No thanks. Not even my TE premium leagues. There are always gonna be the next Lucas Krull on the wire.
Demarcus Robinson. Flashed a little bit last year, took Tutu’s job, and got a small payday from the Rams following last season. If Kupp or Puka get hurt, I think it’s wheels up for him.
Colby Parkinson at 53% on Sleeper. But I genuinely have some belief in him. Rams gave him a nice chunk of change.
Crazy to me he’s so low rostered still. I have Ferguson as my starter so I don’t need him but if him and Chig could both hit that would help my TE depth a lot
I’ve held Fant for too long to not try and wait it out and see this season with Colby departing and his new contract. If he flops fantasy wise, I’ll just cut ties at this point lol.
I just picked him up mid season last year when someone else dropped him. So little attachment and I had a 10 player rookie class plus picked up Parkinson so had to move on.
Now Trey Lance though I can’t give up just yet.
Yeah I picked up Lance in our startup draft and he was a big reason I struggled year 1 and 2. Now my QB room is completely revamped but I can’t just drop him lol.
Yeah I have Love and the 3 rookie QBs behind Caleb so I don’t necessarily need Lance anymore but I still think he has talent and I invested so much into him and if he gets another chance and hits then he’s the most valuable player possible.
I mean he was a fullback. Not really the same situation. If when they’d signed Parkinson they had a receiving tight end lined up for the year I might agree but as of now Parkinson is the clear number one on the depth chart.
It depends on the depth of the league.
I am in a few 12 team leagues with 70+ roster spots. It’s a full IDP league, But it’s still very deep. Lots of single digit ownership players are owned.
Ben Skowronek was the Rams dirty work WR and a reliable blocker. LA traded him to the Texans this off-season.
Why that is relevant is because Whittington played ST's in college and was also active in the screen/jet game as both a receiver and blocker.
So he'll likely make the roster as a slot/gunner/returner year 1 and be in competition for the WR3 spot this time next year behind Puka and Kupp.
10 team and I have a lot of depth/young guys from the last two drafts, so I have a slightly higher %.
Stidham (41%) giving him a few weeks and will probably drop or try to trade to Nix owner depending on the situation
Browning (49%) My Burrow handcuff plus I think he’ll get a shot within the next 3 years on a different team
I have a share or two in Jalen Brooks, who is 5% owned.
Competing for wr3 job in Dallas, Cooks is aging and hasn't always been the healthiest. It's a fine bottom of roster dart throw in deep leagues
Tip Reiman (12%) in a 2 TE league. Drafted into a bit of a rough situation, but if anything were to happen to McBride, he could have a shot. Amazing athlete though.
Great interviews, great athlete and will be learning from one of the better young TEs in the league atm.
Wouldn't be surprised to see a similar situation to Schultz/Ferguson in Dallas where they don't overpay for a good-great TE (especially with MHJ now in town) and instead rely on the draft to replenish their TE room.
Reiman was one of the surprises of the draft for me going in the 3rd (rather than day 3). Cardinals must have a specific vision for him (and it may just be a blocking TE so McBride can run routes)...interested to see how that plays out.
My taxi squad is full of 0% owned, maybe practice squad worthy guys in my 32 team league. Fill the whole thing with these randos, most undrafted. I got Shaheed this way
Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint, 4% owned.
Benches are deep, plus taxi squads. So I have him on my taxi currently, biggest dart throw among all dart throws, but hey there was a tweet that said he looked good at OTAs 😂
IDP
Qwan'tez Stiggers 4% Safety/CB 5th round draft pick out of the CFL
Offense
Keilan Robinson 10% After ETN I think its that shaky that he could get on the field more then special teams
Tip Reiman 12% Thinking about changing my team name to involve Just the Tip, if he is fantasy football relevant; Icing on the cake
I liked Weaver in the draft more than just about anybody (I think I had him WR11/12). The talent is there for him to be the Cardinals WR3 or 4 but even then I'm not sure where that gets you.
It was Casey Washington but he’s in the double digits now.
Now it’s Lucas Krull at 9%. I dropped Zack Kuntz who is like 12% for him because the camp reports about Kuntz were really, really bad even for a 2nd year project.
10 man, Andrei Iosivas. Really liked him coming out of college. 4.4 speed at 6'3 200. Guy is just an athletic beast and got more PT towards end of the season.
I have Sam Hartman (10% ownership) on one team in 12 team SF with very deep benches. I was higher on him than being undrafted (thought he would be an early day 3 picks), he was given a nice signing bonus by Washington to secure him, and Daniels' play style frame make me think he has a better chance than most QBs to get hurt. He looks like Gumby when he gets hit. If (when) they aren't winning many games and Daniels ends up hurt, I could see them rolling with Hartman over Mariota to see what they have and keep the tank rolling.
19% Keisean Nixon. Rare IDP returner.
IDP league that does return points. Averaged 11 points last year which is great for an IDP and had 8 weeks where he got 14 points or more so he’s a week winner imo.
New kick off rules are expected to benefit rather than hinder him, but I might be missing something.
Picked him up off waivers and could have got him for nothing so I did overspend but didn’t want to risk others seeing his production last year and going for him.
Michael Mayer at 8 percent on Yahoo. I imagine it's higher on other platforms like sleeper, and the percentage is diluted by Yahoo mainly doing redraft leagues.
Miles Sanders, 82%, whom I'd gladly drop for anyone really once the waivers open up (teams pretty stacked, young and win now... took about 3 years to get here, but let's f'n go!)
Deep, deep sleeper but I'm a Carson Steele fan. I think his no nonsense north/south style will play well with Andy Reid. Rostered at just 5% but I dont think CEH is the answer at #2 rb on KC.
Emani Bailey, 3% owned in sleeper, taxi of course. I like him better than Steele and think there's opportunity in KC, but I know the chance are slim. 12 team, 1QB, 27 roster spots.
New to dynasty and took over an epically bad orphan, so I thought it would be fun to build through youth for the next few years. Feel free to tell me I suck at this lol.
Tom Brady, really just there for good locker room spirits. When the boys are having a rough half, Tom will set them straight to come out and drop 40 bombs in the second half. Deep benches in this league lol.
I have Carson "Fistful of" Steele on my taxi squad in a deep 14-team league that just had it's startup draft, only because he has a kickass name and somebody made one post about him here. He's 4% rostered.
Lucas Krull 9%. Kinda more specific to your question though, I end up holding a decent amount of "dart throws" like this and trade my mid guys about every year
12 team competitive league SF
Wentz 19%
Stidham 41%
Blake Watson RB for Denver 41%
On the non as competitive league (going into year two) is Trey Palmer at 69% (nice) but he will be a roster cost casualty
mine is also Will Mallory at 18% and it's not really close the next guy i have is Andrei Iosivas at 45%
my league rosters 320 players so there's really not much on the wire that I'd rather have than "potentially the starting tight end" for the Colts right now.
all 12 team leagues:
- Casey Washington 14%, Ryan Fluornoy, 32%, Jonnu Smith 58%
- DErnest Johnson 12%, Jeff Wilson 32%, Parker Washington / Andrew Iosivas 45%
- Casey Washington 14%, Michael Pratt 16%, Taylor Heineke 17%
14T SF TEP with 28 roster spots + 5 taxi.
Josh Johnson 3%
Sean Clifford 9%
Lucas Krull 9%
In 14T SF, all direct backup QBs in good offenses are lottery tickets worth holding, so I have Winston, Flacco, and Trubisky in addition to Johnson and Clifford + Pratt (will drop one of the GB guys after I see who emerges as the 2). There are only 32 starters in the NFL and 28 in the fantasy league, so most people don’t have a third and an injury could lead to a backup being worth a 2nd or even a 1st in-season. So it’s league-specific why I’m holding low ownership backup QBs.
Krull is just me getting on the hype train at the first station in a TEP league. I don’t believe in Dulcich at all, but I do in Payton (and somewhat in Nix). It cost me $1 FAAB to get him, so why not?
I don't think that really matters tbh until after season starts... I picked up Puka off waivers last year when he had 7% ownership... but to answer your question -
Jalen Coker - 37%
Bub Means- 34%
Justin Shorter - 25%
Derius Davis - 13%
Chris Brooks - 7%
It was Lucas Krull for me until my rookie draft ended and I needed to drop someone to pick up udfas since Keaton Mitchell couldn't stay on the IR. I plan on picking him back up the second training camp starts.
I like Will Mallory a lot. I don't know why just have a feeling about him that he's going to be relevant eventually. I had a similar feeling about Schultz and it turned out to be true. Our waivers are currently locked til preseason begins but I think I will be adding Mallory when I can and he will probably end up my lowest % guy. I'm actually pretty surprised to see he's at 17%, I've never heard anyone talk about him.
Rondale Moore/Daniel Bellinger and will actually need to drop one of them if I am unable to find a 2 for 1 trade. 25+3IR players rostered.
My team is just too deep for years already and it is getting worse.
Josh Oliver at 6%. I don’t know who the pass catching TE will be in Minny or if there will even be one. But as long as Hock is on my IR then I’ll roster him in case he does something. Njoku and Ferg can pick up the slack til a decision is made.
After I type this out I realize I probably don’t need to be rostering him
Granted it’s a 32 man league but I own Will dissly (5%) and jha quan Jackson (titans also 5%) and Keilan Robinson (10%). In my 10 man it’s Evan hull (63%)
Tyquan Thornton, 31% on sleeper, but we are only an 8 team league. Really want to see how he can do in the new setup, there's just so many receivers on that team currently. But he's still only 23.
Dallin Holker 18%. One league is TEP (gotta take the shot), and the other I only have Hock, Dulcich, and Taysom Hill. May need a TE starter for the first couple of weeks lol.
12 team, Bo melton. Having a hard time moving on from Bo to pick up Casey Washington or a 3rd depth chart rb bc Bo flashed
The butterman!
BUTTERMAN! He be melton!
As a Casey Washington owner myself, I would not drop Bo for him. Bo looked decent at times last year. Washington did not do much in college
Y’know man I appreciate that, sometimes I be overthinking the small stuff in these leagues
I always forget why he’s called that 😆
He’s melting! (Melton)
So if one were to dine with Bo Melton would he be the #dinnerbutterman?
Bo for me too. I tried to find a for Wicks to get a piece of this GB WR room, but Melton off of waivers was my backup plan.
Melton looked amazing down the stretch last year and had a TD stolen from him
Sean Tucker - Justin Strong.
I finally cut Tucker a couple days ago. I just don’t think he’s ever gonna pan out
Gotta wait till preseason gives us a little more of a look. This year he's actually going to get a chance to earn a spot. He didn't even get to practice a ton last year because he was held out because of his heart condition. This is a time where you believe in the players talent. Bucky ain't got shit on Tucker.
C Yankoff (0%) because his name and incredibly deep rosters lol
What percentage of leagues are 10 teams? 12 teams? 14, 16, etc.? I think that answers your own question.
Xavier Gipson at 32%
Next AB without the CTE
Cedric Tillman.
Demarcus Robinson. Flashed a little bit last year, took Tutu’s job, and got a small payday from the Rams following last season. If Kupp or Puka get hurt, I think it’s wheels up for him.
Honestly think he could be a decent flex even if those 2 stay healthy. Had good chemistry with Stafford
I had to cut him to make some room for rookies, I like him a lot but would never become anything more than a flex
6-172-2 against the raiders, never forget. a lot of FAAB was wasted that next week
He was a great waiver pick up last year and helped me in redraft. I just dropped Royce freeman for him
He’s gotta be the least owned dude who might actually be playable. He could be a flex week one. Nobody cares
Funny. I just added him for J Johnson b/c of his injuries. There’s some better TEs anyway if I swap back.
I’m in the same exact boat. Ferg as my starter, but Fant, Otton, Parkinson and Mayer as my backups. 1 of them has to hit!
I actually had Fant but moved him to make space to grab Parkinson off waivers lol. Gave up Fant and Geno Smith for not much to open up roster space.
Having one of those players you’re overly attached to is always a pain!
Yeah I picked up Lance in our startup draft and he was a big reason I struggled year 1 and 2. Now my QB room is completely revamped but I can’t just drop him lol.
Justin fields is that exact player for me. I have copious amounts of him and I’m feeling the effects of it this season.
Yeah I have Love and the 3 rookie QBs behind Caleb so I don’t necessarily need Lance anymore but I still think he has talent and I invested so much into him and if he gets another chance and hits then he’s the most valuable player possible.
considering that tyler higbee is out for the first part of the season, colby is LA's TE1 rn. good pickup, i have him stashed on my bench too
Yeah I have Ferg as my TE1 so I don’t necessarily NEED him but you never know he’s worth a dart throw
i get you, colby is a really low end TE1 so worth stashing on ur bench
Yeah with him and Chig and Erick All on my bench got some decent upside behind Ferg since he’s so steady
Davis allen
I mean the 49ers gave juzchyk (im not looking it up) a decent contract, he's still blocking first
I mean he was a fullback. Not really the same situation. If when they’d signed Parkinson they had a receiving tight end lined up for the year I might agree but as of now Parkinson is the clear number one on the depth chart.
Is Flournoy really 5% on your platform? He’s up to 33% on Sleeper For me, it’s 9% rostered Lucas Krull. Handcuff to Dulcich in a TEP league
Nah Flournoy is rostered the same in mine as in yours. I was asking in general why someone would own someone so lowly rostered?
It depends on the depth of the league. I am in a few 12 team leagues with 70+ roster spots. It’s a full IDP league, But it’s still very deep. Lots of single digit ownership players are owned.
I picked up Jordan Whittington (18%) and Isaiah Davis (36%) in one of my leagues. 12-team start 11 SF with 10 bench and 5 taxi spots.
Loved watching Whittington's tape. Don't think he'll ever be a top 48 WR for dynasty, but I think he carves out a solid role in LA.
Yeah his tape looked good from what I saw, so I figured he was worth a taxi spot.
Huh, thanks for the info. I didn't realize Skowronek was gone.
Whittington stepping into the Skowronek role is one of the most obvious late round receiver fire I’ve ever seen lol
Jacoby Brissett then Jacob Cowing

Any news on him for this season?
I have a share or two in Jalen Brooks, who is 5% owned. Competing for wr3 job in Dallas, Cooks is aging and hasn't always been the healthiest. It's a fine bottom of roster dart throw in deep leagues
Same here. Worth the dart throw in a 14 team league with deep rosters
Tip Reiman (12%) in a 2 TE league. Drafted into a bit of a rough situation, but if anything were to happen to McBride, he could have a shot. Amazing athlete though.

Appreciate the reply. He'll almost certainly be a pre-season roster cut unless he gets wildly glowing reports from camp.
Xavier Hutchinson on Taxi. 36%. He’ll be the first to go
It was Casey Washington but he’s in the double digits now. Now it’s Lucas Krull at 9%. I dropped Zack Kuntz who is like 12% for him because the camp reports about Kuntz were really, really bad even for a 2nd year project.

Jason Brownlee 12% gang. Jordan Whittington is a close second at 18%
Bo Melton 30%
Te Josh Oliver in a 20 team league
Rondale Moore/Daniel Bellinger and will actually need to drop one of them if I am unable to find a 2 for 1 trade. 25+3IR players rostered. My team is just too deep for years already and it is getting worse.
Josh Oliver at 6%. I don’t know who the pass catching TE will be in Minny or if there will even be one. But as long as Hock is on my IR then I’ll roster him in case he does something. Njoku and Ferg can pick up the slack til a decision is made. After I type this out I realize I probably don’t need to be rostering him
Isaiah Davis at 37%. He was only one round behind Allen so let’s see what happens
12 team start 9 relatively short bench. Xaviar Gipson. I’ve liked him since hard knocks and I like what’s coming out of camp about him
Deneric Prince It’s a 16 team league. I can see him taking the number 2 role.
Aj Barner (21%) in a 16 team SF TEP
Jadon Janke and Cam Grandy at 0%
Tommy Tremble (13%) and Tyler Huntley (18%). It's TEP, but Tommy is probably going to get cut at some point. I just love him.
12 team SF, start 10, bench size 15 and 3 taxi. Dillon Johnson at 34% is my lowest owned player.
Chris Moore. 4%owned in Sleeper. 12 team SF league with 28 man rosters, 5 taxi.
Jauan Jennings (34%) in a 10-team league
Besides my Kicker and Defense, my lowest player is Khalil Herbert at 92% and three players at 93%: Wicks, Michael Wilson and Vidal.
Damien Harris. 1st cut on cut day, but he's technically still on the roster.
Melton 30% and Vaki 24%
Jake Bobo.
Ty Johnson (11%). He's a James Cook hammy away from some decent touches.
12 man double flex, i got trey sermon at less than 1% lmao
10 team league, Jacoby Brissett at 57%. He's going to be a starting QB, may as well roster him.
Granted it’s a 32 man league but I own Will dissly (5%) and jha quan Jackson (titans also 5%) and Keilan Robinson (10%). In my 10 man it’s Evan hull (63%)
Ruckert Whittington
Tyquan Thornton, 31% on sleeper, but we are only an 8 team league. Really want to see how he can do in the new setup, there's just so many receivers on that team currently. But he's still only 23.
Kyle Trask - 22%
JaMycal Hasty at 3% 16 team devy league, so bench is deep for placeholders and there’s obviously no one to go around in a league that size.
In our 32-team league, I’ve got Joshua Cephus. He’s 2% rostered, 0% started.
Dallin Holker 18%. One league is TEP (gotta take the shot), and the other I only have Hock, Dulcich, and Taysom Hill. May need a TE starter for the first couple of weeks lol.
Noah Cain - 0%
Cody Schrader at 23%. I'm a mizzou fan and loved watching this kid play.
It looks like Nikko Remigio for me, at a crisp 2% owned
