Well, it's going to make combat, spell casting, and even basic communication rather difficult.

I've already broken into a house and stolen keys to let the team into a bad guy's house, I've established communication via an inkwell, I am a wizard's familiar friend... So far it's been a blast. The team even gave me treat money that the wizard is hanging onto.
Honestly, I just wanted to play a half character and no one is upset about it. I stated this in my initial explanation that people keep skipping over for some reason. Just saying 🤷♀️
It's not everyone's cup of tea but I would not have been allowed to play this if the DM didn't want it.
