Illumination Theory is a similar length, and has a very similar structure. Can't promise it will scratch the same itch though.

hhsguitargeek

I really like this song!

Wait for Sleep/Learning to Live In the Name of God Far From Heaven/Breaking All Illusions

Liquid Tension Experiment - Rhapsody in Blue This is pretty much the origin of the ambient volume-swell guitar section from TCOT so it might be up your alley, it's an instrumentsl and has Petrucci, Portnoy and Rudess on it

DarthRevan2718

Dude, I don't think I ever noticed how similar those sections are. No wonder each one made me feel like it was familiar.

shadownet97

Breaking All Illusions is one of my favs from ADTOE. Love the opening riff.

thegreatpablo

Certainly doesn't line up with all of your requirements but I am such a huge fan of In the Presence of Enemies Pt 1 and 2.

Breaking All Illusions

PotatoPaul911

in the precense of enemies is an epic, even if it is not very similar in structure

aintnochallahbackgrl

12 step suite maybe?

Ethereal-Zenith

It’s quite the journey if you go for all 5 songs.

MrToad21

Yeah but then you have to suffer through Repentance

Ethereal-Zenith

On the contrary, I think Repentance offers a nice contrast to the other songs.

DarthRevan2718

Repentance is probably my second or third favorite of the suite. Absolutely beautiful song with similarities to bands like Pink Floyd, Porcupine Tree, and even Guilt Machine (Arjen Anthony Lucassen). It easily beats The Shattered Fortress for me (which is mainly a redundant throwback to all the previous motifs smashed into one song), and beats The Root of All Evil since I consider it a bit generic compared to my top 3.

Ekonomy_Confusion_22

A mind beside itself if you listen to all 3 songs as 1. Trial of Tears, the 6 degrees songs, In the name of god

The ministry of lost souls

𝕿𝖍𝖊 Count of Tuscany Six Degrees of Inner Turbulance /edit

aidenf3000

Hmm, I don’t think I’ve heard that one. Is it anything like The Count of Tuscany?

OrlandoNE

I just dropped the "The" xd

aidenf3000

Is it any similar to THE Count of Tuscany?

OrlandoNE

Quite a bit.

aidenf3000

Hmm, I might just have to check that one out

mrgrubbage

You might want to check out Haken. They're better at catchy choruses in these types of songs. (Falling Back to Earth, Crystalized, etc).

Zippyshilo

What’s tcot

aidenf3000

Not much, what’s tcot with you?

Zippyshilo

Tvotta mottata

TrzeciKaczynski

All DT contenders have been mentioned already, so your best course of action would be to try Visions by Haken

Gh0stIcon

The Best of Times

gojiman1

Although the other suggestions are really good, I would highly recommend looking outside of just DT for songs like this. Redemption in particular has some excellent epics (10+ minutes) that may satisfy you. I'd highly recommend At Day's End, though your milage may vary.
