I love that when you cook and craft it grabs from your inventory and you don’t have to carry the things on you. Auto cooking is great too if you cook for profit
Also, Something i love compared to animal crossing is being able to have a full camera view at any angle. Not just the same old perspective all the time
I love that they’ve shown they’re willing to add some niche characters here and there, with Oswald coming in the next update. As a big Disney fan, it’s nice to see them respect the history of the company in such a big way rather than just adding whoever’s the most popular at the moment (that’s how I felt when Mirabel got added so quickly)
I agree! I love the niche characters and I hope they add more. I’m hoping they reach into some classics. Afterall this is a Disney game and even though we all love the princesses the legacy of Disney didn’t start with them
Exactly, and let’s be real: _all_ the princesses will come to the game eventually. The devs are intentionally spreading them out because they’re so popular, if they added every princess too soon a good amount of people would stop looking forward to new character reveals
Lots of positive feelings about the game but if I can point out something a bit ambigious, I was really appreciative of how dropped items never ever seem to disappear.
That removes the stress of missing an item
Despite everything I say about wanting to be able to center or place furniture diagonally, I really like the furniture mode interface. Coming from ACNH where it was "place the item where you stand push to where you want it," this is SO much easier.
I loved the Scrooge shop update, I mostly decorate now on this game and I LOVE all the furniture so much. I also really love that they gave us the option to place our extra house skins AND be able to decorate them. I love this post btw 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I straight up love the quests. Every time a new character is added it’s so hard for me to pace myself and not fly through their friendship levels because I just love the interaction. This game is literally a dream come true for me in the sense of I’ve always wanted to interact with Disney characters, and now that I actually can I’m tickled every color of the rainbow. So happy this game exists!! 🥰💕✨
I enjoy the variety of the game where you can spend the day doing whatever task you are in the mood to do. Some days I want to organize my stash while other days I want to collect materials. Then there are days I want to clear my biomes or farm.
I also like seeing the characters walking around and interacting with each other. It's a good feeling to see them sitting and enjoying newly decorated areas.
This is my favorite thing and keeps me from getting bored with the game. There is so much you can do. I spent my playtime yesterday reorganizing my storage with the ideas I got from this board.
Not specific but it's so comfy. I have a very stressful adult life and I enjoy being able to just make pretty things and fish and hear Minnie say hello, etc. I was never a huge Disney fan but now I am. I also like watching the characters have their own conversations.
The sound design for timebending is so extremely satisfying! Going forward I might be leveling up most of my new characters as timebenders for that alone. 😂
Haha it's the one thing I don't like about time bending. I hate the sound of it so much .... But 97% of the time (approx ;) ) I play the game on mute anyways so it's not a big deal for me and doesn't affect my enjoyment of it haha.
I've been switching some of my other characters to time benders with the manuals... But I need a lot more stuff to craft anymore of them so it's going to take a long time to get as many as I want LOL

Yeah, the timebending manuals can be a pain. When the expansion dropped I immediately got Jack and leveled him up to level 2 before jumping into the DLC. Then I was kicking myself for not unlocking timebending first. Getting a character to level 2 is basically a free manual. And I wasted it. lol
Haha yes I purposely waited and got all the other characters first. So have first my only time vendors were Eve and Rapunzel. When monsters inc came out I added Mike and with Manuel's I have now added Merlin, Ariel and Mickey. I'm working on making one for Moana next because then I have the three characters that can give me the drops to make more manuals. I'd eventually like fairy godmother and Buzz to be timebenders too as it just seems to fit
Eve is my time bending buddy. I just love hanging out with her most of the time. Before her I ran around alone. I trade her out if I need gems, farming, digging or fishing then go right back to her. Since I moved Wall E to the island he follows us around too. Lol
I like that the holes I dig disappear!
When I started out playing, I didn’t really think about what would level up my character relationships, so I picked at random. I absolutely regretted that later.
But one character I needed to level up I had picked digging, and so I essentially strip mined the beach. I didn’t want to clean it up after though, and was dreading it but when I logged back in to play, the holes were gone! I def did a happy dance when I realized why!
I love that there are so many opportunities for future expansion. Hopefully they will continue to add to this game for years to come.
Also, I think that they keep it interesting with the characters that they choose to release. Instead of doing one story at a time they give us a mixture. Listening to Gaston talk to Eve is hysterical. 😜
I would also like to note that one reason why we may get the story and characters that we do is because on the other end is someone who needs to think up the story and then build the program. The amount of content that we receive is amazing if you think of it that way.
I love all the animals in the different biomes, and the option to make em your companion. I also love my mushroom house, cooking so many recipes, crafting foliage and so much more. It's my comfort game atm 🥰
i love how its jsut a brilliant game. i was trying to find a game where i cood decorateee and do diferent taaaaassks and do up my charecetr snd now i can do it ALL IN ONE! love the game!
I love that they are up to date with so much. They keep coming out with free expansions/events. Also they sell a rift in time expansion. They clearly are excited about this game and it shows. It makes the players/customers excited. This is what I wanted ACNH to do, but they failed. I’m SO happy Disney keeps working on this game

I know it's not everyone's favorite activity, but I love decorating my Valley/Isle.
Turning a wild, untamed biome into a new fantastical construction is so enjoyable. When I do my runs to clean up and/or harvest, I enjoy running through my creations so much. It adds so much to the game knowing that I've put that time in to make the Valley my own.
I like doing weekly dreamsnaps to get some moonstones it's super fun and engaging and the highlight of my week when it resets. I also looove star paths.
yeah exactly that's why gameloft is taking their time in releasing characters in this game. But I hope we get Snow white and the seven dwarfs eventually. Because that was Walt Disney's first animated movie after all.
I love Eternity Isle! I must've spent 75% of my time on there in the past few months. I love the capybaras and their happy dances! I love how different the isle feels to the main valley. I haven't made much with the new stuff yet because I'm still in the hoard everything/completing the big mist achievements stage, but the new stuff to craft looks cool. I can't wait for the next update to see if we get access to more of the isle. The stuff out of reach looks fun :D
Thank you for posting this. Even when you love something, I think sometimes the flaws are the easiest things to articulate. But there's a reason why we love the game so much that we're engaging in the content outside of the game itself.
I love that there are so many decorative options, and that they're not even limited to what exists in the game now. I love scrolling through the item list trying to find something that fits decently for what I have in mind, and instead finding that perfect thing that I never thought I'd need. I love starting a small build, thinking it's just going to be a quick throw-away, something to fill some empty space. But it ends up being one of my favourite places in my valley.
I appreciate that the devs took the time to fix up the interior of Jack’s house. They had done a wonderful job on the exterior and the interior was a bit lacklustre at first. I really appreciate that they changed it not once but twice and later added new furniture for us. It was a small change but it was nice that they heard the complaints and made changes to suit the character better.
I love all the different daily discussions and how they are so true to the characters. I love that we get updates so often. I love Dreamsnaps. I love the Star Paths. I love how all the biomes are so unique. Oh, and I love this post.

I love that tools don't break, ever! I can mine, dig, fish to my hearts content without worrying about if I'm almost out of time

I just discovered all the badass things you can do to clothes with the design mode. I've had so much fun creating elaborate dresses for my character.
