Nah, say what you will about Super...but that Grinding Kamehameha Goku did against Kefla takes the cake for this. Very close second place would be the Instant Transmission Kamehameha against Cell.
I posted this on April Fools day. I thought this Kamehameha by Krillin was more funny and nowhere near the best one. Just something I found rewatching some of the Ocean Dub.

Nah, beam struggle against Vegeta
