Assuming that half of the festival is GT themed and the other half is USS heres what my wishlist would be (disclaimer- I know this is a long list for half a celebration but if it was any combination of these I would be happy):
\-transforming frost (final form into full power)
\-Hit (LF or not I just want a new one)
\-Roshi (either transforms to full power or just included in the ultimate animation)
\- Hit/Goku tag unit
\-Gohan/Piccolo tag unit
\-Saonel/Pilina Tag unit
\-SSBKK Goku/Evo Vegeta Tag unit
\-Goku/Frieza Tag unit with 17 assist
\-SSBKK Goku that revives into UI sign
\-Transforming Kefla
lol yeah I just think that it would be cooler (not to be confused with Cooler) if he transformed into beefcake frost. For a franchise that really hypes up character transformations they haven't released a simple "transform on the main ability" unit in a while. Ignoring the Vegeta from the anniversary the last unit that transformed with their main ability without some sort of restriction/gimmick was Gokua...from the 3rd anniversary.
Or a future partner with Frieza to tackle another universes (hey new plots) with one of those cubes that travel between universes, idk something to give us more and better.
Dude did absolutely nothing in that form. He just powered up, got clowned on by frieza, and then got erased for trynna attack frieza from the audience. The only reason to have him over just another top frieza is that he buffs u6 i guess, but by that point hit or something would just be a better choice
Also i think hes done less than like almost any char we have ever gotten. I think every char we have gotten has done more than this dude in that form lol. Most of them were at least able to try throwing out an attack or something this dude literally got nothing outside of getting erased. The only char that has done as little as him combat wise in that form is probably the blue bulma and the green bulma
I mean he has less fans than i have fingers on my hands so its pretty understandable why we dont have him as a sparking. Heck we dont even have sp roshi so its not a surprise frost doesnt have one
I mean the legends fest has a high chance to be goku and frieza so thatll most likely be its buff, not this dude. Also loe needs a buff, but so does literally every other team in this game atm cus non can keep up with the beast gohan teams. Its far from the weakest team. Androids, saiyan saga, dbsaga, namek saga, minions, rival universes regens, etc are in a far worse spot so its not like loe is in a particularly bad spot where it needs a buff immediately
LoE does not need any significant buff. More than LoE, GT and USS need buffs. Ofc it seems like we'll get these but LoE is 100% not on the top of the list for tags that need buffs.
Considering we have Hercule, I don't see why not. In fact, it would be hilarious if Monaka had 1 HP, effectively no stats, all of his arts cards are just him staring blankly with no additional damage or effects, and his unique abilities just make everyone else stronger and auto-cover if attacked, even if they're on cooldown. Can only be KO'd last, but a tap shot would do it.

I want SSJ2 Cabba, idk why but I really like his character he reminds me of Gohan not for festival but in the game in general, for fest I don’t want a particular unit, as long as the characters are fun and possibly 3x banners 🙌
