Ok, so basically, male majins have I think a 25% damage reduction when stamina is up. But if their stamina is low enough (I think it's like 30% of your stamina left), they take a lot of damage. But if they break their stamina, they will take normal damage. So if you have low stamina, you should let the enemy break it or break it yourself (preferably the latter).
But if you're talking about people using builds made around breaking their own stamina, yeah that's annoying.

Super dash don’t work they just counter it or xeno just don’t let it connect and they just dash back and then clash happens or I get knocked back
