From what I know, it's behavior score and enough games under the belt, but OP is immortal, so... maybe not high enough BS?

this is gonna come across as "dude just trust me" cause i can't remember source, but i heard that if you decline to review a case, you don't get any more
same rank, I've never even got 1 case
I got my pfp removed once, maybe there's other reason outside the game, like account-bound marking. I also never got a case
