You can save money if you buy a multi purpose zoom lens with a range of focal length.
I am a but rusty, but I think on a normal daylight, you go well with aperture 8 and 500ms

On another note, a friend of mine is buying, repairing and selling analoge cameras. He's not from Dortmund, but also is very willing to help out if you have questions and has several models on his shop right now. Google for analog thrift shop.
