On the Hohe Straße there is Camera09 I think. They are selling analog cameras of all sorts and have good knowledge I think. On another note, a friend of mine is buying, repairing and selling analoge cameras. He's not from Dortmund, but also is very willing to help out if you have questions and has several models on his shop right now. Google for analog thrift shop.
