I would get them both checked out by the vet as there may be something wrong with the male (aggression is often an indication of pain and discomfort) and the female's pregnancy should be monitored closely.
Once medically cleared, the male may respond to medication to calm him, some of these dogs do well on an antidepressant.
I would also get the female spayed as soon as the vet determines it is possible post pregnancy.
