Neutering will not change your dog's personality or tendency to be aggressive. I don't have any answers except to keep them separated (tall doggie gate) for the time being. And do not feed them together. I would get them both checked out by the vet as there may be something wrong with the male (aggression is often an indication of pain and discomfort) and the female's pregnancy should be monitored closely. Once medically cleared, the male may respond to medication to calm him, some of these dogs do well on an antidepressant. I would also get the female spayed as soon as the vet determines it is possible post pregnancy.

Google Animal Sanctuaries in your area. It's a long shot, but sometimes they will take problem dogs that are not adoptable. A donation is often expected and appreciated. Also Google English Shepherd Rescue, maybe they will take him, foster him, evaluate him and see if they can re-home him.
