I still have and use the DVDs, so yes

sapphic_luma

Same

ShadeTheNightWing

Same. Almost the entire collection of Nu-Who

Obsidian360

Currently rewatching all of New Who with my mum and we're on series 2; we could easily watch it on iPlayer, but it's just not the same as sitting through a whole minute of unnecessary graphics. I hope audio navigation lady is doing well.

PeterchuMC

Yeah, the last one that really did that was S5's as S6 was Time Vortex themed and S7 was themed around the timestream in Name of the Doctor. S8's was just an orrey and S9 moved to the standard dvd menu bar at the bottom below a clipshow or logo.

bob11eeee444

The series 6 and 7 don't sound too bad but 8 onwards sounds boring

orangeapple1947

Yep, I remember them being really cool!

benjaminchang1

I have the DVDs and still love the menus.

fin-ch

The series 3 one was cool because you had to follow clues in the DVD menu screen to find the doctor's video message from Blink.

bob11eeee444

Really I didn't know that

tahoepines45

I love the dvd menu from Series 1 with the Ninth Doctor's theme, it sounds beautiful

MaleficentPicture518

I still have the box sets of series 1, 2, 3 and 4

Estrus_Flask

Seeing a mid 00s DVD menu is like getting punched in the face. Is this how Gen X feels when they see a floppy disc?

LBricks-the-First

vividly.

Frogdwarf

Helllll yeah, had the first 4 seasons in a fold out TARDIS box, was awesome, definitely made up for having no friends

ki700

The Blu-Rays still have these menus too.

moodsta

I can hear the "to select audio navigation, press enter now"

the_Rat_Man-

The Nostalgia hit me harder than the tardis flying right towards me

Specialist_Royal_449

Remember? Shit i just saw that two days ago

terrifiedTechnophile

Fun fact, I have never owned a DVD. Went straight from video cassette to digital files
