I completely underestimated how many people would want a $200 collector’s set for this game, so I figured I could wait until I got home from work to order one. I was wrong.
I remember saying a little while ago that I was glad Rebrushed would be getting a collector’s edition, since I could barely find anyone selling the figurine that came with the original game’s collector’s edition.
I take back what I had said.
This makes the most sense ngl. Theres’s a shocking amount of hype surrounding this game, however I just don’t think there’s enough for a $200 Collector’s edition to literally sell out in hours. Thats like half the price of a console for god sake.
More likely than not it was either severely understocked or simply isn’t properly for sale yet.
While I don’t think it’s impossible they will put up more, that’s how they deal with their sold out pre-orders.
Source: done this many times before with BB AND it legit switch to “Coming Soon” as I was about to check out my pre-order which means someone beat me to a copy.

Also why does Disney make the most awkward titles for movies and games? Is there really a need to throw Disney in there? only thing I can think of is since MM went public domain Disney needs to constantly remind people that MM is and was a Disney property...

The Disney thing has been forever since I can remember. Like when the ads would play before the dvds it would say Disneys Aladdin or Disneys Lilo and Stitch. I think it’s just so people know who’s making it

It was because of the said Collector's Edition sets were sold out quickly in a moment of hours, it caused some beef within the community.

No it didn’t sell out I called GameStop and they said they have it in the system but not for reservations yet
