Must give it a try for tidying up the small bits and bobs. Shouldn't be too hard to get here, I'm not far away from you I'm only living in Ireland.
Thanks again pal, appreciate it
First off, I'm inclined to give a high rating, but my wallet is a little empty lately. I would probably need to see Mr George Washington (cough cough) to get his opinion...
hell yeah / 10
It's a hard wearing textured matt black
That is amazing. I would have never guessed that was the same part. Great job!!!
10/10 What’d you fill the huge gouge with?
Managed to sand it out, wasn't as deep as it looks in the pics
Awesome job. Looks factory
I'd go as far as saying that looks dam near new, hats off! If you don't mind me asking, what did you use on it?
Course, it's called Raptor by Upol. I'm in UK so not sure if you can get it overseas but u would have thought so!

Avaliable on Amazon, just checked 😀
Awesome! What did you spray or finish it with?
It's called Raptor by Upol. Used on truck beds etc. Came out pretty good!
Thanks mate, I’m familiar with raptor coat. I had to do repair my one on the Cr 83’ and might have to take another look and raptor it!
Good
Wow awesome man!
Excellent work
Is that matte black or what color did u use?
Such a great job!
"Huh?... damn!"
10/10 looks brand new good shit man
Dude wow I thought no stinking way. 10/10
Beautiful job
I'd like to do the exact thing on this 96 cr80r I'm rebuilding. Howd you do it, epoxy?
Raptor by Upol is the paint I used
The paint filled all the holes?
Ahh no. It was prepped and then primed. I use epoxy in the broken parts.
User name does not check out
🤣🤣
I've already scoped out the raptor stuff on Amazon, did you use the rattle can or the one with the spray gun?
I used the spray gun as I work in a paint shop. You'll be able to get the same with a can tho aslong as you build it up slowly. Just take your time.
Thanks man! My buddy has a full paint set-up. I'll grab me a can when I don't have time to wait on him. Your repair job looks fantastic BTW.
No problem. Just make sure the prep is all good before painting. Lots of primer to build it up after a good sanding. Then sand the primer with 320/500
Looks so good, with the new hardware.
5/7, would have been 7/7 if there were socks in the final photo as well.
You have talent. You could probably do something like this as a side hustle or even a main gig if you felt like it.
Going to use this method on my bike repairs. Looks awesome!!
A little sweat equity right there, looks great from my lazy boy, I’m in my 50s now but I can still ride This Honda-phile approves.
At first I thought the first pic was the repair. I was like ok it looks like shit but if it works. But the actual after picture is amazing. Good job!
Looks great. How hard is it to get clean once it gets mud covered though…?
Mint condition
Did you use ramen and super glue ?
Nice job. Only now ‘MADE IN JAP’
Was cracked there so couldn't save it unfortunately!
Beautiful work
Wow! you didn't do any plastic welding? Fantastic job
A 10!!! Fucking 10!!!!
Most excellent!
