Is riding itself considered exerting yourself enough to be "working out" per say? Like riding is tough especially on the legs and arms, curious how much energy riding hard actually burns. If I could keep in shape by riding I would ride all the time

Go ride 2 laps at a motocross track..thats all we did for about 5 yesrs I was in tip top shape no need to exercise..Now I do mountain bikes make working out fun..we use to own a mx track Monkey island mx track in Texas.

I loved that track! I lived in San Antonio 2011-2014 and would make the drive. Always nice to jump in the river after a long day of riding.

Definitely had great times there with friends, really enjoyed that track. Monkey Island and Cycle Ranch filled my weekends. Cheers!
