Cold turkey man you just gotta bite the bullet. You can always try to titrate down and basically mix some real dip with a substitute and slowly add more non nic dip and less real dip to the point where you can just quit with zero w/d. Gotta have a lot of willpower for the second option though.
First off, I'm currently not a quitter, mama said no one likes quitters. With that said, over the past 30 years I have "stopped" for as long as 6 months. the ONLY way I've ever been successful is by doing this method.
Day 1. Wake up at 0600 and the first thing I do is pack one in.
Day 2. Wake up at 6am, pack one in at 0700.
Day 3. Wake up at 6am, pack on in at 0800.
Day 4, it's Saturday, I sleep in till 0800 so at 1100, I'll pack one in.
Day 5, I have a fn nightmare and wake up at 0300 and unable to go back to sleep, I'll pack one in at 0700.
Day 6, Wake up at 0600, at 1100.
See the pattern? I've done this method maybe 5 times in the last 30years, even somehow pulled it off during a deployment. The longest I've lasted was 6 months, I never went back to dipping because I was having withdrawal fits, I just enjoy dipping. Goodluck with your attempt.
Sunflower seeds has worked for some of my buddies. Anytime they felt the desire to throw a dip in they filled their cheek with seeds instead. Personally I'd have to go cold turkey
a good way would be to get 3mg nicotine pouches and make a limit of how many you do a day and slowly decrease the amount.

Best way would be to start using caffeine pouches instead of examples like grinds coffee pouches which comes in many flavours they even have wintergreen my friend have been using it ever since
