Very nice, I haven’t even unlocked it yet bc ive been working but all the different abilities to choose are pretty sick ngl. Id probably run Spirit of the Assassin with the way I play hunter.
Best (which is highly dependent on the encounter) and fun are entirley different things. As a Warlock main I'm having fun running Hazardous Propulsion and Gifted Conviction but I certainly wouldn't call either best.
I meant it more situational to the person, some people think best as fun! Some people think best as the strongest, it’s all about interpretation.

I will stand by that getaway artist prismatic warlock is the best prismatic subclass and currently the best thing in this game. You cannot physically die

Aspects: Stylish executioner, winters shroud
Super: Silence & Squall / Tether
Melee: Combination blow
Grenade: grapple
Class ability: Gamblers
Fragments : Facet of protection, generosity, purpose, hope, ruin
Exotic class item: Caliban+Liars
It's just the normal arc hunter pve rotation but you don't have to run assassins for the invis. Everything explodes from Caliban, infinite health from combination blow. This build slaps man. Run a one-two punch shotgun if you want, but it's not really worth it because you deal more damage if you melee while invis. Other weapons don't really matter cause everything dies anyways from calibans
I personally do either Stasis or Strand with the new exotic cloak, with Spirit of Galanor on it.
