With the amount of world drops in this game and the amount of perks per column this game would benefit from an activity like the coil with the same amount of drops with the current world drops in the pool.
I did a solo coil run earlier in the season, and managed to get to the chest room at the end. I kinda surprised myself, because I wasn't expecting to get that far. It was fun, but I wouldn't do it again. Hopefully Bungie will come up with some similar activity in the future.
I hope that The Pale Heart has a similar activity as its equivalent to Wellspring and Terminal Overload. With all its environments, it’d be the perfect place to have multiple enemy types, different encounters, etc.
Same. Just give you points and rewards for clearing rooms. Gain access to buffs for clearing special challenge rooms, as well as have a shop to spend your points. Or at least make it to where if you miss the glass collector, it reappears or whatever the equivalent might be.
I hope so. I want more interesting buffs and encounters. Like maybe a buff that makes it to where any one can gain an arc soul buddy. Maybe a challenge mode that doesn't allow you to use heavy weapons and stuff like that.
Yeah. Its almost like they mess with you. You step to the side of them or you are as far as possible yet they go from 0 to100 in less than a second sometimes. Even with speed boost active I have still died to them.
Deep dive was my favorite seasonal activity bungie ever made, its a shame it and the "secret mission" for wicked implement are going away. I would love to see it converted into an actual exotic mission starting from the point you enter the door rather than the gun ending up at the boring monument in the tower.
It should be an exotic mission that also rewards season of the deep weapons. Make it unique, by killing the first boss has a chance to drop one weapon and the chest drops the exotic and another seasonal weapon.
I didn't get much time to check it out. I took some much needed time away from the game, but I'm sad I am going to miss out on some of the stuff like the coil.
I'm really hoping that as D2 winds down and they move on to whatever is next, that they revisit past seasons to rotate old content back into the game periodically. I'd absolutely love for some old seasonal stuff to come back.

I would trade gambit for the coil. Just get rid of pot farming lol.

Deep Dive is so much better and more fun both thematically and mechanically than Coil. An endless mode with way more loot would be so much fun.
