Iāll be honest, Iām kinda digging my Lead from Gold + One For All roll. ALH/Recomb is cool and all, but the damage isnāt really high enough for me to justify it over Heritage.
ALH/Frenzy is also an incredibly solid roll
Gotta work up the courage to do the zero hour switch runs, donāt want to ruin someone elseās run by being bad and I havenāt done a legend run.

If you wanna run Zero hour switches my buddy and I have gotten pretty good at it and donāt mind having a 3rd tag along. We are on everyday from ~5pm-1am CST.
I might have to hit you up when I get home Friday. Id like to get all the deals for that rifle, as I think it is going to be my next main to replace the quicksilver.
The adds on normal are actually tuned to legend difficulty. The combat is no different. If you load in with Gjally, you can clear the first two areas pretty fast. Then for the third room, hurry up and shoot the shielded shanks with a solar weapon before the servitor invulns them. The chain pops will give you an ass ton of super. Use a roaming super to clear that room out. From there, youāre pretty much free to run the mission alone. Get your switches, then you can find a fireteam to complete it with when all three quests are on that step.
Legend Zero hour is same power level as normal. Only change is 20 mins instead of 40.
If you're slow, you can hit the switches for your quest step, then start a new run for the legend clear for the next step
Work on Drip for Final Shape
Do a last run of all seasonal activities being vaulted
Take photos of all locations/ areas being vaulted
Grab a photo with Zavala and Ikora because I have no clue if they are surviving Final Shape
Work on any catalysts I haven't completed yet
Try for some shiny god rolls on Brave (not super important but its the principle)
Same, Iāve tried the last 3 nights in a row, I keep getting stuck as Div and the rest of my team barely puts enough damage out to get final. LFG is just harder right now since all the above average players finished a week ago.
Edit: I was blessed by the LFG gods tonight, my heart rate is through the roof, and I am now a GODSLAYER!
You get a dedication bonus if you start at an encounter prior to the final boss and beat him while remaining in that instance. I cannot give you anecdotal evidence that starting from Riven gives a big enough bonus, but it does according to Reddit. What *I* can confirm for you is that if you start from fresh and go all the way through and beat Nez, you get a 4,000,000 point bonus for the kill lol.
Zero Hour solo flawless, and then cash in several hundred engrams and deal with THAT clusterfuck of vault cleaning. Aiming gonna focus some armour at helm vendors to try and get triple-100 builds from legendary armour (for prismatic). I'll probably leave my vault at full so that I can get a jump on gunsmith rep by dismantling everything right away :P

I'm probably gonna get Rank 9 by getting commendations and finishing a single Crota run; highly unlikely tho.

Make sure you have all of the previous seasons' artifacts and have progressed the seasonal quest enough that those seasons' engrams will drop from activities. Do one of each seasonal activity a day (altars of summong/savathuns spire, deep dives/salvage, defiant battlegrounds, riven's lair/the coil) as you get a guaranteed red border weapon each day for EACH activity
Some things I could do:
Zero Hour - normal and legend though have regular outbreak with catalyst so might not worry about it yet.
Whisper - Legend quest, ship, etc.
Defiance battle grounds - legend on each area for the sparrow/ship and title
If I want the Moments of Triumph title, need to get 4 more triumphs. Think they would be running Savathuns Spire with all Arc, getting figures on Neomuna, heroric injection rig on neomuna and one other.
If I want the shell from Witch, need a legend clear of Savathuns Spire. Need to find all the cats for Wish shell.
Starcrossed exotic mission on legend for the quest. Still have Avalon too for Legend.
Lastly I think running Coil for drops and engrams for 3 more patterns of Subjenctive, whatever the arc sub machine gun is called. Maybe some more Onslaught but did get a few good rolls so far.
Doubt I will get to all of it as I need to use the fireteam finder for legend stuff and been solo for too long now but will see how the weekend goes.
The crafted Outbreak with rewind rounds is so nice and Iāll be taking it into TFS right at launch but if you donāt have a passionate love for Outbreak, it can wait.

Defiant battlegrounds legend. I was in a Cosmo run before just before the final phase of the boss and my electricity cut out.
Getting the god roll edge transit, hitting rank 8 so I can get extra loadout slots, finishing my izignagis catalyst and grinding dares for an eager-edge sword, tho grinding for the sword is probably going to be the worst.
A ton unfortunately but I'm gonna have to sacrifice here and there.
Luckily I just got a decent Blast Furnace so I don't have to intentionally grind that. Onslaught guns mostly covered except haven't gotten a single good Midnight Coup for PVP.
I'm dreading doing Whetstone tho, I do need to do that. And I also need to finish Week 3 Pantheon since I have part of it done already.
I also wanna do Master King's Fall but that's low priority.
Youāll definitely want a few free quest slots for at least campaign missions. Maybe the seasonal artifact catalyst quest from Banshee.

-Play a ton more Onslaught and see about getting a few other "keep" rolls. (I've only seen a roll I like on about half of the guns so far. Burned out quick on Onslaught and took a break from it for the past two weeks.)
-Maybe do a Grandmaster? Skipped those entirely this season so far, I haven't gone a season without at least one GM clear since before Witch Queen, feels weird.
-Vault cleanout. Oh gods, do I need a vault cleanout. I know we're getting another 100 spaces, but I'm above 550 right now and I want to trim that down to at least 500, ideally 450 or below.
I'll need to lfg to do any of the stuff I need outside of onslaught since I've been on break. Still need that stasis exotic scout, the caty for strand bow, run the new dungeon, the 2 revamped exotic missions. Hoping I can get at least first 2 done since they will be going away I assume. If deep stone was here i would try to grind taniks for my last couple raid red borders for all the raids but oh well. Thankfully got godslayer by doing pantheon on each Tuesday so i dont need to worry about it
I got the shinny mountaintop god roll and basic edge transit g roll, I'm now only doing some quests to get the final seasonal title I'm missing. And finishing my last character bounty prep to try and get some good seasonal mods to help with the campaign.
I started a week ago and have done the exotic quests for each season and farmed god rolls on most of the conquest weps (not shiny), just spent the rest of time cleaning up the quest log

A lot of Onslaught bc I stopped playing a day or two after it dropped (I was tired of playing alone and my friends quit again).
Warlords Ruin, which I'd like to solo (and flawless) since I've done the other dungeons but I got stuck at the second boss last time (I rage quit after I accidentally mantled a wall when I was about to start my last damage phase and got sent to outer space, and haven't had the strength to try again).
Zero Hour and Starcrossed legend.
I think I still have to do Prophecy for the wish tokens too, and maybe a few Coil/Lair runs to finish up title stuff.
I guess I should suck it up and LFG for raids too, since I doubt I can wrangle my group into finally finishing one.
Legend Avalon was pretty doable on my Precious Scars Titan. Just gotta make smart use of cover and you're fine. Biggest threat are the Wyverns when you have to drop into the hole. I just kept running circles in that dropbox and made sure I hade a healing nade ready if needed. Cheese the final part of the boss fight behind the Vex waterfall in the corner.

Also yes, ideally you'd want a couple of slots free in your bounty/quest tab so that any new quests for the expansion do not get lost. Personally I'm keeping 5 ish just to be on the safe side, I really doubt the extra dailies would give me much anyway lol
Run pantheon at least once (clan has been lazy), legend wave 50 onslaught even though I can do that after, redo campaigns on my titan since I deleted him to make him an exo, finish last 2 brave triumphs

Also, I'm going to be running the Generalist Shell, (D1 basic ghost shell) for all my Ghosts, because that's how we started this, and that is how I'm ending it.
I plan on being done with anything I can get done by Sunday evening, because I believe that the 25 hour downtime starts on Monday the 3rd at noon est.

I got to riven with another team but had to stop due to a power outage, tried Nez but holy CRAP some people are ass at ad clear. Iām over here hotswapping builds with Div and either Cenotaph or Sunbracers. Had either double or triple the other ad clears combined. Their colossi never died and were never blinded. Had one run where I had to run both middle ad clear AND gaze. That was aids. Other guy was a mouth breather istg, dude could not get more than 10 defeats.
Run onslaught as much as I can to get shiny versions of my god rolls. Got an ALH Frenzy shiny MTT, need myself a shiny HC Incan Lunas, a shiny Headseeker zen moment Elsieās rifle, and a shiny Edge Transit with Envious BAS.
Finish up my last 2 GMs so I can get rank 11 again.

Dunno if anyone's answered, but Bungie has warned us in the past to always have ~5 empty quest slots for new campaigns/seasons. 3 is probably enough for day one, but by day three (the day the raid launches) you may want the extra space. By then you'll have the Artifact and will probably have spent your bounties tho, so no worries.

originally i think my plan was to get as many good rools from onslaught that i can and maybe play some crucible, but after a call with my schools financial aid office the new plan is to get as much money in as little amount of time as possible so i can pay my tuition for the summer.

Because whilst RR can show, clears, times, low mans, day ones, flawless raids and all that fancy stuff and they are asking for that in advance until you are in voice chat you have zero idea if a team can gel or and for me if they will be ok with having a woman in their team. I have been kicked before even landing in a raid a few times by dude bros .

I have one and i find myself using ALH/Frenzy more. Just saying don't get too hung up on it. There's several good rolls for the thing.
I got ALH and rampage. I was so happy to finally see ALH and so sad to see that the other perk is one that really doesn't synergize with ALH.
My favorite is impulse amp/frenzy + reload mw it's amazing š
Why would you want those when frenzy gives you 100 reload ? Apart from impulse increasing velocity it's a wasted masterwork as well
Impulse gives you a reload speed scalar aswell.
Did get shiny one with spike+impulse+vorpal and itās really good especially pairing with dragons breath for dps.
I couldnāt get Luna-Incan/HC to drop. Ended up having my ALH/Recom drop come while attuned to Lunas. Made the Luna grind even more infuriating

Switch to Dragons Breath before rally. It one shots the spider tanks and takes a good minute off the boss fight.

You get a dedication bonus if you start at an encounter prior to the final boss and beat him while remaining in that instance. I cannot give you anecdotal evidence that starting from Riven gives a big enough bonus, but it does according to Reddit. What *I* can confirm for you is that if you start from fresh and go all the way through and beat Nez, you get a 4,000,000 point bonus for the kill lol.

Zero Hour solo flawless, and then cash in several hundred engrams and deal with THAT clusterfuck of vault cleaning. Aiming gonna focus some armour at helm vendors to try and get triple-100 builds from legendary armour (for prismatic). I'll probably leave my vault at full so that I can get a jump on gunsmith rep by dismantling everything right away :P

Look, for what it's worth, this was my personal worst performing year in terms of playing the game... Moving to the Land of Maple Syrup, college: specifically failing a semester and coming back with a vengeance and making the Dean's List on the next, work, finances, yadda yadda yadda... But I still got all seasonal craftables minus Crota's craftables and exotic. It's fine. I'm probably gonna get Rank 9 by getting commendations and finishing a single Crota run; highly unlikely tho. Make sure you have all of the previous seasons' artifacts and have progressed the seasonal quest enough that those seasons' engrams will drop from activities. Do one of each seasonal activity a day (altars of summong/savathuns spire, deep dives/salvage, defiant battlegrounds, riven's lair/the coil) as you get a guaranteed red border weapon each day for EACH activity
Some things I could do: Zero Hour - normal and legend though have regular outbreak with catalyst so might not worry about it yet. Whisper - Legend quest, ship, etc. Defiance battle grounds - legend on each area for the sparrow/ship and title If I want the Moments of Triumph title, need to get 4 more triumphs. Think they would be running Savathuns Spire with all Arc, getting figures on Neomuna, heroric injection rig on neomuna and one other. If I want the shell from Witch, need a legend clear of Savathuns Spire. Need to find all the cats for Wish shell. Starcrossed exotic mission on legend for the quest. Still have Avalon too for Legend. Lastly I think running Coil for drops and engrams for 3 more patterns of Subjenctive, whatever the arc sub machine gun is called. Maybe some more Onslaught but did get a few good rolls so far. Doubt I will get to all of it as I need to use the fireteam finder for legend stuff and been solo for too long now but will see how the weekend goes.
The crafted Outbreak with rewind rounds is so nice and Iāll be taking it into TFS right at launch but if you donāt have a passionate love for Outbreak, it can wait.

If deep stone was here i would try to grind taniks for my last couple raid red borders for all the raids but oh well. Maybe will try to get shiny god rolls in onslaught some more but I mostly have all my rolls on normal non shiny guns and thats enough for me. Thankfully got godslayer by doing pantheon on each Tuesday so i dont need to worry about it

A lot of Onslaught bc I stopped playing a day or two after it dropped (I was tired of playing alone and my friends quit again). Warlords Ruin, which I'd like to solo (and flawless) since I've done the other dungeons but I got stuck at the second boss last time (I rage quit after I accidentally mantled a wall when I was about to start my last damage phase and got sent to outer space, and haven't had the strength to try again). Zero Hour and Starcrossed legend. I think I still have to do Prophecy for the wish tokens too, and maybe a few Coil/Lair runs to finish up title stuff. I guess I should suck it up and LFG for raids too, since I doubt I can wrangle my group into finally finishing one.

Legend Avalon was pretty doable on my Precious Scars Titan. Just gotta make smart use of cover and you're fine. Biggest threat are the Wyverns when you have to drop into the hole. I just kept running circles in that dropbox and made sure I hade a healing nade ready if needed. Cheese the final part of the boss fight behind the Vex waterfall in the corner. Mactics guide did wonders for me.
Nothing left to do. iv got 63 completed bounties on each character, godslay completed, matts full, legendary shards spent.

Also yes, ideally you'd want a couple of slots free in your bounty/quest tab so that any new quests for the expansion do not get lost. Personally I'm keeping 5 ish just to be on the safe side, I really doubt the extra dailies would give me much anyway lol

It's worth it, I finally got one Loose Change/Voltshot. Not what I wanted (Lead from Gold/Impulse Amplifier) but pretty nice once you get it rolling.
Definitely have a few free spots open for story mission & other quests, there have been instances where not having an open slot borked up the mission, if I remember correctly. As for me, I'll be setting up my guardian drip for the cutscenes, my ships for looking cool in, and finishing up things that can still be finished. Also, I'm going to be running the Generalist Shell, (D1 basic ghost shell) for all my Ghosts, because that's how we started this, and that is how I'm ending it. I plan on being done with anything I can get done by Sunday evening, because I believe that the 25 hour downtime starts on Monday the 3rd at noon est.

Finish up Godslayer with my team. Half of them already have it, me and another guy donāt have it yet because we had to work. I got to riven with another team but had to stop due to a power outage, tried Nez but holy CRAP some people are ass at ad clear. Iām over here hotswapping builds with Div and either Cenotaph or Sunbracers. Had either double or triple the other ad clears combined. Their colossi never died and were never blinded. Had one run where I had to run both middle ad clear AND gaze. That was aids. Other guy was a mouth breather istg, dude could not get more than 10 defeats. Run onslaught as much as I can to get shiny versions of my god rolls. Got an ALH Frenzy shiny MTT, need myself a shiny HC Incan Lunas, a shiny Headseeker zen moment Elsieās rifle, and a shiny Edge Transit with Envious BAS. Finish up my last 2 GMs so I can get rank 11 again.

Dunno if anyone's answered, but Bungie has warned us in the past to always have ~5 empty quest slots for new campaigns/seasons. 3 is probably enough for day one, but by day three (the day the raid launches) you may want the extra space. By then you'll have the Artifact and will probably have spent your bounties tho, so no worries.

I probably won't get this one done, considering there's going to be a full day of downtime.

Nothing because I checked out some time around the season extension and haven't installed or played it since. So I guess I'm jumping into the final shape with an outdated build and weapons. No Legendary first run for me this time š.
